The hotel was fully booked, so unfortunately we got the economy room (no 5* hotel feeling in this room) facing the air conditioning installation. No amenities as in other 5* hotels, no free water bottle in the room. Minibar was empty and also not functioning. Although we received another one, it was still not functioning. So no cold beverages for us in the room. Parking was 20eur/d, but there was no free parking lot in the garage. Outside we found luckily one parking space. When checking out, you don’t get out with the car without the room card. Nobody answered at the installed intercom in the parking lot, so had to turn around and use another way to go out.

Clean room, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast with a lot options. Spa was clean, a big pool and 3 whirlpools.

We have a problem with the elevators, The software for the three elevators was a disaster, waiting in the garage for more than 7 minutes, when arrived was full, then waiting again for 3 minutes, same problem every time when used the elevators, very bad experience

Coffee at breakfast and in bar was very weak. Don't order flat white you will get cappuccino just pure milk.

lifts take ages to go up and down, the stairs are useless, you can’t walk to the garage, the walls are thin so you hear people in other rooms.

Being picky, a deep clean of the carpets would be recommended.

It is definitely NOT a 5-star hotel. The hotel is very cheap and stingy towards its guests. There are no cotton swabs in the room (not even upon request), only 1x small pack of crumb coffee and tea, no glass bottles with water, VERY BAD WiFi (hardly possible to watch films, 1-2 Mbps) and no facial tissues either. The toilet paper is brown sandpaper and the minibar is empty. Room service COSTS an extra €13 delivery fee (!!), so why even offer it?!. The thermostat is blocked and only being activated after I twice asked for it, because my room got too hot, then it was unblocked by the reception. Parking in the underground car park COSTS €20/NIGHT (!!), pure rip-off! The room carpets are full of stains and the bathroom counter is unkempt and full of water rings. The pool and sauna were nice, but closed between 1-3 pm , completely unnecessary. Everybody had to leave. The buffet offers no vegan options and hardly any vegetarian options. If you like everything swimming and covered in mayonnaise and oil, you are at the right place. The average age of visitors is 70-80yrs. In total: Service and appearance of 3-star hotel, which expects payments as 5-star hotel. Not recommended.

The hotel safe was working well and the view from the top floor is good.

5-star nursery home, not a hotel. Rude and loud German elders everywhere. Staff talks exclusively in German or English. Receptionists do not answer the telephone.

Decent breakfast, if You don’t mind standing in long line with dozen old germans.
