It appears that everything which has been mentioned in other reviews was in fact correct, other than the bed had obviously been updated , none of this was a real problem for our stay. Shower head was broken, although still useable. Not keen on the ground floor situation although this could be essential for some people . No soap or shower gel !! Nothing to really complain about.

Apartment was comfortable. 10 mins walk from train station and main square. wifi was good. plenty of utensils for cooking a small meal. It was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. It had everything we required .I would most likely stay again.

Too late, I discovered other guests complaining about big hole (extremely uncomfortable) in left side mattress (which side most single travelers would prefer, due to huge window facing the street on bed's right side). Since this is known to host from other travelers for quite a while, I must give a lower rating (would have given a 9) until host decides to replace! Would I stay again? Not until I'm assured mattress is replaced!

Pretty apartment # 2 (floridian beach decor), great location with short distance to everything. Not the prettiest street in Wroclaw (needs a little TLC), but apartment is located in the most beautiful house on the street. Other guests mention shady surroundings - I never felt at all uncomfortable in the neighborhood! Nice park at the end of street! Would I stay again? Yes!

It's on the ground floor with a large floor to ceiling window and quite noisy when the aluminium blinds are not shut.

Easy self check-in via keybox. Well equipped kitchen annex. Comfortable place. Great location near the train station. Fantastic value for money.

Bathroom is a bit old with wear and tear. Bathroom in general is on the smaller side and shower gets clogged. Shower water temperature is inconsistent; will get cold unexpectedly and hot water runs out after a while. Can hear sounds of doors opening and closing from other apartments. Location is further out from the center and generally feels like a more rundown area.

Room is as shown in pictures. Bed is comfortable. Has kitchenette with kettle and basic kitchen utensils. Host is responsive. Overall has basic facilities for those looking to stay only a few days and with the intention of spending most time out in the city.

1-Unfortunately, they didn't send me codes for checin on time by e mail. I got it after calling. 2- the flat is on the ground floor. So Windows are near to street and there is no protection as securty. Anybody with bad intention can easly enter into room throug the Windows. 3- I paid the amount and demanded invoce (the faktura) but they rejected. In the Booking cite , there is title of "demant faktura" and They have to send me the faktura. But they rejected.

This place was such a huge disappointment that I don't even want to talk about details, such as the lack of products to take a shower or the fact that there was not enough toilet paper for our stay, or that it was not mentioned that this apartment would be on the ground floor, on the level of the street... Let's focus on the "big" minuses: first of all, the boiler doesn't even allow two people to take a shower, there was a constant horrible smell coming out of the shower that apparently is normal for the owner, even if it the owner probably doesn't know that this is not the first we've been to Wrocław and that's the first time something like this has ever happened; the bed has two low quality mattresses which made it impossible to sleep, I woke up with a back pain, they were so soft that it's actually more comfy to sleep on army mattresses than here... The walls were so thin that we could literally hear all the time the opening and closing of nearby building doors... The apartment was dirty and moldy, absolutely disgusting, we're adding some photos to make everyone understand... In conclusion, this place was a total scam, it should be removed from booking, please don't come here!

The room was much smaller than expected and felt rather claustrophobic. The small lamps on both bedside tables were unplugged. I couldn't find the sockets and didn't think it was my job to do. I couldn't get the air-conditioning working to get some fresh air. Also, there is a need for a new fridge as the current one is probably as old as I am, makes a noise, and since stands 2 meters away from the bed, makes it difficult to sleep. Rather odd choice of decoration above the headboard. One frame fell on my head when I was turning .....

The ratio of the price and facilities are not equal. The apartment is not actually on the 1st floor, the ceiling is quite low, the room is quite small, this is good for 1person, we asked for the second blanket but the owner didnt provide it, as in the room were staying two people, that one blanket was not enough, as it was small. You cant go asleep and remain the window open, as literally you can step out of the window so same could do people from outside. In the bathroom the shower fixture doesn't hold it, and in the morning i was hit by it. Some of the towel mounts were broken and fixed by tape. I wouldn't say that the room is bad but i would say it overpriced, a lot!

The location is fine, not far from Gallery Dominikańska.

location is great but the apartment location is level with the outside sidewalks so basically you can here in the apartment people walking outside. Also I tried calling the number and I dont think they had the best customer service. Calling is really really NOT helpful, they will just tell if you have question read the message from the booking.com .

On the downside, the pillows were more like couch cushions (around 50x50 size), so they weren’t very comfortable for sleeping. Also, the soundproofing wasn’t great I could hear people from the apartment next door quite clearly. The hot water ran out pretty quickly, which was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, I messaged the host to ask for an iron and never received a reply. The apartment doesn’t include one, so just keep that in mind if you’re planning a longer stay or need to iron clothes.

The apartment is quite convenient for a short stay,it’s comfortable enough for one person and fine for a couple. It’s located close to the city center, which was great, although the neighborhood itself didn’t feel particularly nice. The place was very clean and well kept, with fresh towels provided. For someone just looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, it works perfectly.
