Instructions to find the place were a bit confusing. We found the building, and the basement, but not the apartment. We were sent different codes for the door from different sources. Theres no storage or iron. We just used the kitchen as a dressing room, was ok for what we wanted. Didnt want to leave things lying in the main room and ruin the cool minimalist Japanese vibe.

I was 50/50 on this feeling a bit seedy and used, but it was not at all. Was clean, fresh, indulgent and fun. So many options for relax. LOVED all the included perfumes and nice smelling bath products. The hosts helped us out loads with finding the room, fixing a shower that stopped working within a couple of hours, and a top up on the coffee. Great service, and ‘secret’ is no joke. Think speakeasy, hidden entrance. We were right there in a basement laudrette and couldnt find the door.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, which offers a truly unique and special atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, with a fantastic hot tub and sauna that added a luxurious touch to our experience. The room also came with Netflix, which was perfect for a relaxing evening. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift and the excellent communication from the staff—always responsive and helpful. For those with a taste for adventure, there was a whip available, but we did notice the absence of some other items like rope. This room is absolutely stunning! We stayed in the geisha suite, it was honestly the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. The jacuzzi bathtub, the sauna, everything was decorated so nicely! Honestly we can’t wait to come back.

There was a problem with the air conditioning, but we were immediately provided with a fan, which we really appreciated.

The appartement was just like the pictures. We found the furnishings very stylish. Everything was hygienic and clean. The accomplishment sweetened the stay even more. The appartement is very close to the centre, everything was easy to reach. We spent wonderful days in Gdansk.

Apartment was not worth the money. Good place to have fun, but not overnight stay. Shower enclosure was broken, unvacuumed floors, the host doesn’t responded to contacts on booking.com.

Overall, our stay at the hotel apartment was satisfactory. The cleanliness and tidiness of the place were commendable, providing a comfortable atmosphere. However, the welcome package left something to be desired. While the presentation was lacking, the substitution of Merci chocolate with Raffaello, which we disliked, was disappointing. Similarly, the alcohol-free champagne failed to impress. A suggestion would be to offer personalized packages to cater to individual preferences.
