Extremely kind and helpful receptionist, thank you for the parking space for motorcycles.

Good wi-fi, clean towels, mineral water every day.

No conditioners in the rooms. Mold in the showers. Poor breakfast. Strange neigbourhood (people walk their dogs around but don't pick up their feces, intoxicated people sitting at the hotel entrance). The building looks like a ghost (in a bad way). The photos representing the hotel are highly embellished.

Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Easy to access room with elevator or stairs. Washroom has what you need. City centre is easy accessible by transit. Great value.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety to choose from each morning. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was super comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and would happily stay here again.

If I had to mention one thing, it’s that the rooms—especially the bathroom—could benefit from a bit of renovation to freshen them up. Still, overall, it was a lovely stay and I’d be happy to return.

Great staff, always supportive. Breakfast is also very good, had all the basics: cereals, yogurt, coffee, water, juice, scrambled eggs, bread, cheese and some cold cuts. We were able to enjou the meals.

Room cleanliness is lacking. There was a layer of dust on top of the desk where the TV was placed. Also, the TV was covering a larger mirror, making it useless. Besides that, no air conditioning, and the mattress and pillow were too thin, so we had back pain when waking up. And due to the heat, we left the windows open, and the surrounding was somewhat noisy.

The location was great for visiting our family in the area outside of Krakow. The room was nice, bed linens clean, and fresh towels daily. The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

The bathroom is ok but the shower needs a deep cleaning. In the evening there was often a group of people standing outside smoking infront of the hotel entrance doors.
