Not the hotel's fault (more the Waze sat nav's) but finding it by car was a pain. There are limited entry points to the area closed off to cars without permits which the hotel provides. It might help for the hotel to offer a map with directions. Maybe that was just our bad luck. Finally it worked out very well with convenient confirmed parking.

The location is perfect. The attitude of the receptionists was excellent and they helped with the luggage to and from our second floor room (no lift). Breakfast in the attached Mexican style bar was fine - with individually paid items as opposed to a buffet choice. Had the granola with fruits and yog which was large and excellent. It was a great base for a very special visit to an enchanting old town.

Not an issue for us but parking at the hotel is hardly available, though the staff can indicate different (public) parkings outside the restricted zone of the Old Town.

Located right in the Old Town next to St. Mary's Church, so also very busy; very clean; very nice furniture; room was rather big.

We were aware and not disappointed, but be aware there is no elevator and that the rooms are small (reflecting the location and time period). It is part of the experience.

There wasn’t really anything I disliked, but—if I were to be picky—the property lacked a full length mirror, which could be fitted on the inside or even outside of the wardrobe doors.

The property is located right in the city centre and is—overall—incredibly impressive. The building is beautiful and the interior design is rather well thought out and provides a feeling of luxury. The restaurant that’s a part of the complex is fabulous, too, with a great selection of drinks. We also used the shuttle facilities and were very happy with it.

The hotel, built in 1451, is in very good condition and is situated right next to the old town—an amazing location. The staff are very helpful and recommended excellent restaurants to us, which was a great benefit.

The rooms in the historic part of the hotel are nicer and larger than the rooms in the new part. Check the size of the room when booking, for the same price some rooms are much larger.

The room needs a blackout curtain, it's very light, especially when sunrise is early in summer months. Air con would also be nice, and more selection of pillows and a bathmat.

Nice room, comfy bed, staff were very friendly and helpful ensuring our room was ready despite arriving early and looked after our luggage after check out. Having a fridge in the room was also great.

The church bells started at 7am on Monday when we stayed. :) But that will be the case anywhere in central Gdansk.

The installation of lightproof curtains on the windows would be a beneficial addition, particularly for nocturnal hours.

The property is located in the heart of Gdańsk. We were in the historic part of the building, just two metres away from the 14th-century Mariacki Cathedral. It was an unforgettable experience to get in touch with history. The building's entrance is on Mariacka Street, which is lined with amber merchants during the day. The room is compact, but it is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. This property is ideal for romantics and those who want to experience history and can appreciate real values.

Fabulous location right on the fairytale Mariacka street. Parking is very convenient as you get a permit to enter the old town. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

You could not find a better position in gdansk this property was absolutely fabulous you can even sit out the front and watch the world go by they supplied glasses and wine opener in the front entrance which was south a nice touch
