Stuff do not speak english. Close to the highway so a bit noisy and far from any supermarket.

Clean and comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Keycards were prepared for us even though we arrived late, when reception wasn't working.

You can hear when someone arrives late in the night, as the walls of the rooms are not quite soundproof.

It is okay for transit travellers (we were travelling to Croatia), as it is located just near the highway E67. We also got to eat dinner in the restaurant. The room itself was totally okay to sleep in for one night.

One of the receptionists did not speak English at all. I think for a hotel which is close to the PTAK Warsaw thus international guests are likely to come the personnel should speak foreign languages, e.g. English, German. In the tv there were only Polish channels no international ones.

The room was nice and tidy. The breakfast was on average level. The hotel has a perfect location for visiting exhibitions at the PTAK Warsaw EXPO. A big shopping mall in Janki is 10mins by car.

Very noisy, the doors to all the rooms bang / lock very loudly every time another room opens and closes a door. Doors are thin as well, so the noise of other guests, talking and entering/exiting their rooms can be heard very clearly. The shower head is mounted very very high so some people may struggle to reach ot ir adjust it.

Needs a renovation, couple of key cards were not working, but considering the cost - I would stay here again.

No sound insulation on doors. You hear your neighbours opening and closing doors and it's very loud, it will wake you up in the morning. Also, you can hear the restaurant music in the morning though it's not as loud to cause discomfort. It also gets hot in the summer, there is no air conditioning.

High-quality and delicious breakfast. It was convenient to stay here while driving from Suntag towards Lithuania. There is also a restaurant in the building where you can have a late dinner.

Receptionst speak only polish and even then she was troubled to do own job. Breakfast was ..., hmm, when hungry, you ready to eat almost anything. Coffe was undrinkeable - I had suspicion as it only made a noise of crushing beans, because it was more like strong tea. Beside, the music, that option hotels , using often, was truly annoying and when noted about that to receptionist, she replied as it cant be change. Room had a air conditioner and it was aonly good thing - there were a weird smell ( usually sign of attempt to hide something)

Actually there is nothing pleasant - price balance were bad - to expensive according the location, rooms, breakfast. I have read comments before booking and have to say, as in this rare case - I am fooled. Rating were pretty high, specially about breakfast ( there was nothing excellent). But as I havent another options ( second option was a Mercury hotel in Warsaw even cheaper then this, but also 30 min + 30 min ride) I was forced to stay there. I used this only overnight sleep, so I cant speak about something else about hotel. And one more thing - it may be good for one night during travelling, but not for three.
