It was difficult getting in but this was a Holy Day and he may have been at Mass, he kept canceling my call, finally another renter called him and he answered and we worked it out, no problems, otherwise 10/10. Tip: get key code well in advance!! I waited til last minute.

Rubish on the patio and by the entrance, dirty laundry bag by the entrance, double bed mattress was not good, there was not curtains so street lights were shining right in eyes, making it hard to sleep. There was only one reachable electricity socket, and electric kettle wasnt working. We didnt notice in add that there is no private bathroom, that would have been nicer to have.

The apartments had just one room without doors, so it was not comfortable for friends to live in it. Bathroom was very small, no place to leave your towels or clothes. It was dirty, some hair and dust, a carpet that didn’t look like clean. A strong smell of dampness. The door locker is broken. Everything is very well heard inside the room. Two single beds are under the sloping ceiling, so we had to walk there bent over. We’ve bumped our heads not once. We’ve heard our neighbors from the 2nd floor very well. Kitchen utilities are dirty too. Guests didn’t close the house’s doors often.

We’ve got a room on the 3rd floor, there were 3 beds (one double and two single). A shared kitchen. Beds are quite comfortable.

There were A LOT of negative points: 1- During 4 day stay, the shared area (kitchen, toilets) was not cleaned. You can imagine having a toilet that so many people use, what a disaster it can be after few days. ZERO HYGIENE. 2- The bed sheets and rooms are sooo dusty, like it was never cleaned. I have no doubt that even for new guests the dirty bed sheets are used. ZERO CLEANING. 3- They have WiFi but on the information they provide they give wrong password.... The real password is behind the router. What's the point of lying to guests about WiFi?! ZERO WIFI. 4- The floors in the rooms is so dirty and never vacuumed or mopped. When we arrived there were bread crumbs and even a banana skin on the ground. The hygiene and cleaning of this really shocked me! 5- And finally the "best" part.... I was there with family and children, at 2:00 AM a guy who was drunk badly, was partying by himself alone in kitchen with loud music, smashing the dishes, and so many other weird stuff... At some moment he tried to open our door by force several times. And when we informed the owner, she respond after few days that she is sorry. No CCTV, no monitoring, no precautions for the safety of gusts. All in all, I don't recommend this place even if it was for free.

Location is the only advantage. Close to centre and nice view over mountains.

Everything is old and used many years. Internet is poor (in case when it’s working) - other guests easily turn it off when use the microwave. Apartments were stated as suitable for 5 people(3 adults and 2 kids), but it wasn’t. Room was in the top - roof level, and there were no space for head - even the beds were so close to the walls that it was almost impossible not to hurt your head.
