Our apartment was on the ground floor, so at night you can hear the door banging shut when people come in, even at 2am. No oven or toaster

Shower room had a smell of damp. Other than thought everything else was fine.

Very spacious, very close to the city centre and easy to check in and out. Good facilities in the kitchen.

We had a brilliant stay was an amazing price for alot of space. The only thing we found a little uncomfortable was the thin mattresses but apart from that it is a lovely apartment. Quite noisy when people are coming in and out of building. But overall had a great stay. Everything you need is provided towels etc plus basket of tea and coffee which was much appreciated after a long day travelling.

The nights were a bit noisy because of the homecoming people. They also rang our doorbeel several times during the nights. The silence hours were supposed to be from 10 pm to 6 am but unfortunatelly this didn't work out.

The apartment located by the calm street but still only 10 mins away the main railway station and the main square. The apartment was clean.

The beds were futon like mattress solid . The owners have expressed they will look at this for future bookings . If his was resolved be great stay wouldnt hestitate to book again .

The photos are very deceiving regarding the size. We were originally a party of 6 and 2 pulled out. If all 6 of us had gone we would’ve been like sardines. I would consider other apartments if like me you have a health condition and require a good nights sleep as the beds are like sleeping on a concrete slab. For the money it was absolutely fine and would recommend if the above doesn’t bother you.

All in all a snug little property but better at 4 max capacity. 20 mins walk from the Old Town Square and the doggy cafe over the road serves an elite breakfast and tremendous coffee.

The apartment was small for the amount of bedrooms. The living space & kitchen are all combined in to 1 smallish room, with no sofa. Only a small dining table and chairs.

No living room, there was no sofa or chill out area. The photos on Booking.Com didn’t accurately show the apartment we stayed in. Also on the Friday Night had to put up with very noisy guests in the adjacent apartment. Supposed to be quiet time after 10pm - none of my party of 4 got any sleep. Thought it would be more modern. looked quite tired and the door to the apartment was unsafe didn’t shut properly. Also the main door to all the apartments had a code to get it, however it just stayed open all the time. To be honest I wouldn’t stay again.

It was very clean, warm and a good location for the City Centre. Staff were very helpful with arrangements and very good communication.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable, no sweeping brush in the property to clean up the floors with being wood. Bedding was supplied in a flash after contacting the host and booking.com to make it more comfortable

The property was in an excellent location - we did get moved from our originally booked property due to the landlord taking this back, but the hosts and booking.com were exceptional in giving us a better closer property to the town centre with no additional cost! Very spacious property with brilliant amenities in the apartment

The shower holder was broken during our stay, the shower itself still worked though. It should be noted too that the pictures show much more decoration than is currently in the apartments, all cushions, flowers, decoration has been removed.

We had to call the reception cause the boiler didn't work one morning. But they intervened and fixed it so no big issues at the end.

The apartment is well located, few minutes walk from Old Town. It is pretty big, so able to accomodate larger group of friends/families. The rooms are quite spacious, so you have the chance to arrange all your belongings without impacting the 'living' area

The photos on the listing are deceiving are whilst some are of the apartment we booked others are of other apartments. The boiler kept losing pressure meaning we were not able to have showers for three days after arrival. To be fair as soon as this was highlighted someone would come and fix it, but within minutes of them going the pressure would plummet and we’d have no hot water or heating. It was only after I watched what he did, were we able to maintain the pressure. There’s clearly a fault that needs to be addressed. There was no living room as the photos indicated. Whilst there were chairs and a table in the kitchen, these were ikea plastic chairs and were not comfortable to sit on to relax - plus two were broken ( it was offered to repair them but as there were 3 of us we had sufficient). With a bit of rejigging it would be possible to fit a sofa in the kitchen to give some comfort to relax after a days sightseeing. Kitchen had a job and microwave, but there was no toaster or oven, meaning it was very limiting to what you would be able to cook. Bedrooms were clean and well presented. The mattresses were very thin and not very comfortable. Listing says sleeps 7, which it does. Bedrooms are large, but there’s only the kitchen as a living area which only had 6 chairs and would feel very crowded with 7 people in it.

it is only a 8 minute walk to krakow square quicker is you take a scooter which are easy to set up it’s a small apartment but ideal for people who want to explore the city and have somewhere to rest. very clean and loads of storage space

The apartment was wonderful at a location which is a tram stop away from the old town. There were ample of amenities provided plus extra pillows and blankets which was a plus.
