The internet wasn't too good, the apartment wasn't 100% clean, the dishes had dust , the sofa was dirty with a weird odor, the front of the building didn't look too good, it needed renovation and the door of the apartment from the inside didn't lock we were worried about that.

Our room faced the main city street with bars and restaurants, room had no AC, so had to choose either to sleep cool, but extremely noisy or hot, but quiet.

In very city center, basically few steps from any tourist attractions. Clean spacious, parking for extra fee.

Water pressure is a little bit low but that is understandable since it is an old building.

Located on a really busy street, or our room backed on to it, and we stayed during a heatwave so was a constant battle between windows open for cool air (but face loads of noise) or keep them closed and be hot. Luckily there was a fan! But one to bear in mind it is very loud and the curtains let in a lot of light.

Room was spacious with a kitchenette and ensuite shower - great for if you were going to spend a few days in the city pottering around and wanted to save money on food. Good value for the size of what you get!

There were no blinds or curtains to make the room dark at night

Great location off the main walkway where all the shows were happening. The accommodation was too big but it was perfect for me and two kids. The flat was clean.

Hotel placement is confusing. Fork Hostel signboard is used. No instruction how to enter the hotel. Hot water is only at the shower cabin. The bigger frying pan is not compatible with the induction furnace, so I don't see the point of using it. Large radius of audibility from the street. WiFi works weird, especially for Apple devices.

City centre. Much room to spare. There's a fridge, an induction furnace, a flatiron, an ironing board and a hairdryer. + all needed dishes.

We arrived in the middle of summer when the outside temperature was about 24degC however in apartment 2 the under floor heating could not be turned off so the temperature in the room was about 40degC day and night. Impossible to sleep and unbearable during the day. The apartment is city centre so there is noise through the night and early morning. Would have been less of an issue if the window could be closed but the extreme heat prevented this. Also a much smaller issue the toilet paper dispenser locks away the toilet paper which caused issues accessing paper. We rented 3 apartments and this was only true for apartment 2. The other 2 apartments were great.

The location is incredible for access to Lublin city centre. The property is modern with all the bases covered.

When arrived the apartment wasn't clean dusty spider everywhere hot tube broken not working rusty spots inside the hot tube heaters dropping rust cattle moldy kitchen sink dirty fridge sometimes working sometimes not sofa bed dirty been cleaning for a while as my children was gonna sleep there absolutely a joke and the value off the property for 2 weeks there wasn't worth it stay away from the unless they do a few bits and bobs

Broken fridge in room №1 upstairs. We went to Lublin to visit my son from 30.12 to 2.01, (he's a student). And we decided to stay in Folk Deluxe, because we stayed there in August and everything was great. But not this time.... We were accommodated in room number 1, upstairs. Everything was ok, a bathroom, beds, a small kitchen. But a bit later I realised that a fridge wasn't working.... It was broken.... Can you imagine how I felt? I bought a lot of food, a cake, pizzas, because I wanted to celebrate a New year with my sons, to cook a lot of meals. But there wasn't cold place to keep my food in... A receptionist tried to help us, he brought ice to put in the fridge, but it didn't really help.... The receptionist said about that problem to the owner (I think it was an owner), but the owner DIDN'T DO ANYTHING to solve the problem. Only said that there is a fridge downstairs.... And promised to buy a new fridge..... But I paid money for the room with working fridge, not with broken. Beware of room №1 upstairs. Because I doubt that they will replace or repair the fridge.

Parking: The car could not be charged. There would be a need for an outlet at the parking spot. (We were informed about this in advance.) Accommodation: Electrical outlets need to be replaced. They are dangerous. They spark. Dishes and cutlery were not checked after previous guests. Dirty. The refrigerator was not cooling

Can't think of anything, so nothing that matters.

Ideal location, felt safe and secure. Little hard to find the entrance and reception. Look at the back of the court yard, and you see a sign saying Folk hostel head to this and use the door. Up one flat of stairs and the reception is there. Easy check-in. I was there 4 hours before, and the apartment was ready, and I could check in straight away. Not really a Deluxe apartment, but I was expecting it for the price we paid for 2 days and 3 adults. There is plenty of space inside, everything you would need, for a few days. Beds were comfortable, shower nice and hot, very limited cooking , but who goes away to cook a meal. Enough for breakfast ( tea,coffee available) all your basics there. WiFi is good, strong in one room, but hit and miss in the other room. Don't expect a deluxe apartment like I said, but overall, excellent valve for money. Would I stop again, 100% for sure.

We loved the place. It was comfy, very clean, and just pleasant to stay in. The location's perfect. There is a nice restaurant right downstairs, and plenty of shops nearby. It's close to the beautiful historical sights of Lublin. The staff was kind and helpful when we needed them, and other than that we had perfect undisturbed privacy (and it was quiet, we slept very well). We'll definitely stay here again.

The shower holder was broken, the foor wasn’t washed. We were during hot summer, there was no conditioner, we kept window open so there were some drunk people shouting, other noise. If window was closed, there would be all ok regarding it.

There were no towels! We even asked at the reception and they told us that they had some problems with the supplier, and I don’t know why they don’t let people know beforehand. Also all of the kitchen supplies were dirty, there wasn’t even a filter on the tap of the sink. You also have to reserve a parking, but someone had already parked in our reserved spot and they told us they couldn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t very helpful. Because of the location there’s also a lot of noise from outside but the windows are very good for sound cancellation!

The beds were comfortable, the location was very central and the shower was good. The apartment looked good in general.
