45zł per person for breakfast, I am really sorry but £25 zł was absolute enough for the food served and the service!

I was on the main road side and with windows open it was a bit noisy. However, two fans were in the room so windows could be closed but not being a great lover of fans preferred to have windows open. A few more hangers in the wardrobe would also help as only two provided.

location… nice and central to main squares .. bars and restaurants …room was compact, clean and comfortable. No hot drinking facilities in rooms but these were available downstairs for all, along with drinking water which could be taken to the room.

Whilst most likely a case of bad timing/coincidence, I happened to stay when maintenance was being undertaken to the heating system. Thus, there was no hot water for a period one evening. I wasn't made aware in advance, which was rather frustrating, but the staff explained the situation when I called, and the heating was remedied come the morning. As a minor observation, from a personal point of view, I think the room would benefit from an armchair of some sort. There is a hard, wooden desk chair, but otherwise, one has to lay on the bed (that said, as I was out and about most of the time, it wasn't an issue). Heating problems aside, this was undoubtedly a 10/10 stay.

Five Stars Bed&Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The accommodation at first glance seems unassuming from the street, but the inside is nice, with a charming atmosphere about it. In particular, the basement level housing the breakfast facilities is lovely. The room was pleasant, with comfy beds, excellent lighting, a tv, desk and fridge, etc, with a large private bathroom. The staff were pleasant and available at all times (including via telephone after hours).

The hotel is near to alll main places and there's a lot of restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets in the same block. The mattress is the main complaint here, since mine was shaped like an U and made my woke up with back hurt. If you're also into quiet places, this is not for you - because it is near of a principal avenue where specially at night, cars revving and people shouting after leaving the bars - for sure will wake you up. If not, the "shades" will do. Breakfast is honest, hotel is clean and staff is great and supportive.

The Internet die Not work at all. We were in the room on the 2nd floor view on the Court… Zero Internet there. One Night we tried to watch a Netflix , not possible even with all the help of the staff

It's true that it's a little noisy, bring ear-plugs and you'll be fine.

It was very clean, and everything was in working order. We arrived after 8 pm but the instruccions to get in with codes were easy to follow. Adam, the receptionist in the morning shift was very nice.

Bathroom was clean but there was no soap in the shower, and the drain of the shower was not working properly, and the shower doors did not seal properly.

fist night at the top floor room without working air condition (outside +30°C), nobody inform us about this issue, after call, we need to stay that night at room, but next day was room changed (idk what will happen, if the hotel does not offer another free room)

The road outside is very noisy, especially when trams pass by, and it's advisable to bring something like earplugs.
