Reception not always open and only opens at 10 on a day you need to check out by 11... then they didnt even appear at 10 which was a little frustrating as we needed to get going and there's no quick check out key box etc.

The wifi is sometimes very weak. They don't provide any shower gel, shampoo etc. All the wash up thing you have to bring your own.

Breakfast is wonderful, the location is great. There are many restaurants around. The university and museums are very closed.

As a hostel it is very good, the location is very central, but seemed to be youth friday nightlife zone. Parking in the courtyard behind can be booked, and the parking attendant will have your name to show you to a space. Weekends are free street parking, but filled during the day. Towels are available on request, so be sure to ask if needed when arriving. Breakfast was good.

Perfect location, close to the city centre, to the metro and railway station. The staff speaks English, always friendly and helpful. Nice delicious and nutritious breakfast offered.

Everything was great. I had a good connection with the airport (direct bus 175). I arrived late in the evening, after checkin time, and the left the keys at the security. The breakfast was great, I had a lot to eat. In the checkout day, I could leave my luggage at the hostel for free throughout the day.

A little bit of clarification of how to see the hostel entrance would have been appreciated. To reach the reception, you have to go in what it looks like the entrance of a garage, then at the corner you'll see a door (the first door is the common room/dining room), and then you have to go to the first floor. Moreover, it would've been nice to have some indications of how to reach the dining room. Finally, the breakfast was good in quantity, but not it might not be the best quality. I guess for the same price I could've had something better at a nearby café. However, it had the basics and a waffle! All in all, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have breakfast close to the hostel.

Excellent location and easy (and cheap) to get there by the bus (line 175). The room was clean with a good bathroom. The checking process was easy and they were very helpful. If you are into beer, you have a beer bar with a 100 beers on tap (no kidding) next door.

There weren't any eggs for breakfast and a lot of meat, so there wasn't much variety for a vegetarian.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Large room for 3 people. Right in the center of the city, but my room faced the parking area so the room was quiet at night. The breakfast was nice.

The TV was not working so well, there were only a few available channels and not easy to find. It has no shampoo or soap in the shower, which seems rather silly since it would not cost much and it would be nice to not have to bring your own.

Really comfortable bed. The location could not be better. Clean and spacious. Friendly staff and safe environment. They were able to do an early check in (an hour earlier) and also leave the luggage before check in time. They answered messages right away and were very understanding.

A fridge in my room would have been good but not a major complaint. There is a fridge in the shared kitchen.

Good, quiet hostel. Not too far from the old town, the Palace of Culture & Science and the shopping streets. Good for solo travellers. My room was comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were fine. The breakfast was really good - it wasn't a buffet but it was generous with plenty of meat, bread, veg and cheese. The ladies serving the breakfast were very nice too. There is a shop across the road by for any food, snacks or drinks you might need. There is a LIDL quite close by too. Many restaurants nearby.

I think I stayed during a bad time since the toilets were a bit dirty.

The location is not so far from the old town. I would say around 20 minutes walking distance. The breakfast is included and the ladies serving the breakfast are super nice, thank you!

One of the showers had its support broken so I had to hold the shower with one hand.

The hostel is very well located, you can visit many places and there are many restaurant options in a 30min walking radius. I only stayed two nights in a private room and it was cozy and clean. The shower is good, they have hot water and the bathroom is big. The breakfast is also good, they ask you what time you will have it because there are a few tables and so they prepare the breakfast according to the schedule.
