If I have to find something negative it's that we asked about a problem with the soap dispenser in the shower and no one came to fix it or at least tell us that it wasn't possible to fix it at the moment.

Our stay at the Domus Mater Hotel was very pleasant. It's very quiet and easy to get to the city center. Overall the staff is very nice.

No air-conditioning in the room, it was really hot and nights were therefore really uncomfortable. The beds were quite hard and not comfortable for sleeping.

Super hotel, very quiet and in the middle of a large property. Bus and tram stations are within a few minutes walk. Very large spread and delicious breakfast. Very safe and nice environment, ideal for families. This is my fourth country and fourth hotel in this Europe trip, I can say this is the best hotel.

No fridge (at least mini-bar) in the room. We had a long trip during 5 days and stopped in 3 different hotels - your hotel in Krakow, after one night in Hungary and one night in Romania. The temperature outdoors was 30 degrees. We had a box with insulin with us which should be kept in the fridge and in every hotel we did not have problem with this, but in your hotel. The situation was managed by the receptionist who was very kind, he put our box into the big fridge close to reception.

Everything was great. Ideal for family with kids, we had a 2 room apartment. There is children play corner in the foyer. We were especially happy about the kindness and efforts of the reception, when several days after checkout we noticed that we have forgotten a kids toy in the hotel. It was found and the reception found another guests from our city who brought us the toy back. We will be happy to choose this hotel if we visit Krakow again.

We stayed there on one of the hottest day in summer and our room did not have air conditioning, also our room was oriented on the street side and it was very noisy.

Location close to tram, closed private parking, clean rooms. Overall I would recommend this hotel and will probably come back again.

Very cozy hotel. The rooms are large, a large selection of dishes for breakfast, a wonderful park with a small fountain, polite staff. The hotel also has a restaurant, which is very convenient since the hotel is not located in the city center. There is a farmer's market 500 meters away, on Saturdays there is a rich selection of pastries, berries, vegetables, cheeses and meat products

A small thing. There was no information in the room to tell you the number to dial to reach reception . It is 0100 in case you ned to know .

This is an interesting hotel . It was previously the home of a Catholic Church institution . There is a lot of religious paintings and artefacts .It seems that the Bishop who lived there had a close connection with Pope John Paul II. Decoratively it is a little understated with high standards . The hotel is very well run . It is spotless . Everything is maintained to a very good standard . It is a very peaceful place and there is a restful calm atmosphere in the hotel . Hardly no street noise . The room I had looked out to a large green area to the rear . There is a short walk to a tram stop with excellent connections to the city centre . The breakfast was very good . I did not try the restaurant but the menu looked good and I recall reports that the restaurant is good .

There are rooms only with twin beds, no double bed, so we had to move the beds together and under the beds is really dirty (of course, if you don't move the beds you won't feel that).

The arrangement of the hotel is very nice, the breakfast is really good. Location is nearby tram station and has also good parking spot. Rooms are warm and cozy and the corridors are very nicely decorated.

It's hard to fund anything what we didn't like. Maybe if you're in a big opposition of the religion, this place might be not for you.

It's a great place for such a price. This place is located not far from the center. We could easily commute to the center of the city. Breakfast was great and tasty!
