You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandAmazing staff, very helpful and customer oriented from the moment we entered the property. Spacious, clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, very quiet. Delicious breakfast! Perfect location off the main promenade, with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés, short walk to a beautiful, golden sand beach. Highly recommend!

United Kingdom- The room was small, dark and cold. Upon arrival we noticed how cold and damp the room was, central heating switched off. Receptionist provided us with 2 spare, bare mildew smelling duvets when we complained. Portable radiator would have helped - The room was overlooking a back garden with bins, rubbish - unpleasant - The bedding was clean but had multiple holes in it - Booked a room twin beds, we had one large bed made out of two beds joined up together by a sheet. Luckily we got 2 duvets and me and mum were ok sharing a bed, but this was still not an ideal situation - Despite the room having a kettle, 2 mugs and 2 tea spoons, there was absolutely no tea and coffee provided in the room. This could have been purchased at reception for some extortionate amounts - During our 6 nights stay, our room was “cleaned” daily. This meant that bins were emptied. That’s the extend to cleaning. Bed was not straightened up, the bedding has not been changed for a whole week, towels were only exchanged once when we dropped them into the shower (any frequent changes of towels are to be charged extra!), the bathroom didn’t show any signs of cleaning either - The bathroom and room décor needs to be refreshed. The cheep furniture used (predominantly the sink cabinet and wall-hanging mirror with shelving) have seen better days - Bathroom design is very poor – toilet is placed at an awkward angle, using it is very uncomfortable as you are weirdly squashed in a small space between wall and sink cabinet, with no legroom - The price we paid for this stay was way too expensive for the room we had, overall disappointing stay, quality breakfasts, proximity to the beach and friendliness of staff were the main good points
- We loved the location of the hotel - The room was clean on arrival - the staff members who were looking after the breakfast area and the reception staff were very polite, friendly and helpful - we liked having our own bathroom - we liked the mini-fridge in the room - breakfast buffet selection and quality of food was exceptional and 100% redeeming factor for us - it was super lovely for the owner to prepare a breakfast to go package for my mum as she was to leave early in the morning and would have missed her breakfast - we liked the yellow tones in the room décor as it introduced some cheeriness

DenmarkIf you bring dogs (costs 39 zł a day) be aware that you can't bring them to the dining room. There is no bar even though it says so (you can buy alcohol at the reception). Didn't see any garden, except for a small piece of neglected grass. Except one, the staff we met didn't speak English.
