Warm and welcoming just a short walk from the ski slope. They had a ski storage and drying room and the breakfast was excellent.

The towel was quite small/ thin and I would have preferred to have a bigger duvet.

The room and public areas were extremely clean. The room size was decent, equipped with tv, kettle and fridge. Plenty space to store your stuff. The guest house and restaurant staff were very helpful.

I wished they had complementary water bottles for all guest. There was only 1 bottle for the whole room. Breakfast was just ok. Wish they have atleast brewed coffee (Coffee is powdered that you mix by yourself)

The place was quite easy to find, and parking was a breeze. The room that we got was spacious. Feels very clean with ample towels for all guests. There were 2 separate balconies and both had fantastic views. Had dinner at their in-house restaurant, and everything we ordered was delicious. Good access to other stores and restaurants.

Travelling with dogs i was very nicely surprised about the cost of a dog is as little as 50kč. As for such a nice facility the price is really low 👍

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist who directed us to our room. The room was bright,warm and spotless with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The well stocked supermarket, which is part of the same building, provided us with whatever supplies we required including great beers and spirits. The fantastic ski storage and drying room is without fault and our equipment was also ready for the slopes each morning after the previous day's activities. Accurate directions from the receptionist led us to the bus stop for the ski bus. It is so nearby! Leave reception and when you reach the road, turn right and it is 80 metres or so to the stop, which is indicated by a small blue sign on the metal railing outside the adjoining hotel. This bus brings you to Terma Bania and the ski slopes, which is the first stop. Extremely convenient! The bus timetable is on the gable of the ski rental shop beside the bus stop. The restaurant which serves breakfast is fantastic. Once again, spotlessly clean and the staff are efficient, polite and friendly. There is a great selection of buffet fare which more than satisfied our appetites. We chose to eat here the majority of the evenings too as the varied menu also provided a fantastic meal and the drinks selection was great too. This coupled with excellent waiting staff made it a wonderful dining experience. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending others to stay here. As for ourselves, we are already looking forward to a return visit!

The only thing was the stairs, they don’t have elevator and we stay at the 4th floor.

the room was very cozy, and great location. you can take the bus to the ski lift 100m from the hotel or you can perfectly walk. In front of the hotel you have a great familiar restaurant! you have to taste it and at bottom you have a supermarket. this is very convenient!

There is only the possibility to have buffet breakfast for 30 zloty. Another option for a lower price and a smaller breakfast would be good.

There was a kettle and cups provided but no teaspoons hmm. We just bought some from the shop but I would expect them to be provided.

The property is in a fantastic location with a shop right below, plenty of restaurants and of course Terma Bania which is what we came to Białka for during our stay.

Staff don't speak English - hard to communicate, Bathrooms very small with small shower cabins.

Food was excellent, clean rooms. Great kebab place just under the hotel. Also a shop. Not far from the slopes. Nice play room.
