My room was on the top floor where the roof located. Hit my head a few times because of the design, I was used to high ceiling but not an issue after turning the chair around.

Good central location, staffs were great and very helpful. Early breakfast with many choices was convenient to started the day. Room was clean, and fresh, comfortable and quiet. Definitely stay here again. Very nice spa to used after long day especially from hiking. Convenient bus stop across the street. Shortcuts walks to the park to train station.

I had to leave this wonderful hotel after checkout...!!

The room, the spa and the breakfast...everything in this hotel was just right for me: not too posh, but way above my expectation. There's also a supermarket nearby, and the staffs were exceptional. Each time I came back to the hotel, I felt like I was coming back home. This was the only hotel I stayed at in Zakopane, so I can't compare it to others in the area. However, I found it exceptional and would likely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

There isn't anything I would like to complain about. I had everything I needed and was very pleased. Perhaps someone might have preferred for the property to be closer to the mountains, but I never minded a short walk.

This is a perfect place for mountain lovers - a few minutes walk to the hiking trails (or skiing sites) and a few minutes walk to the town centre. The breakfast they serve is amazing - a proper breakfast for those who plan to spend their days up in the mountains. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they have mini spa facilities on site, which you can use for an hour a day without additional charges (just take your swimsuit with you!). Spacious rooms with everything you can ever need. The staff speaks perfect English, so you don't have to worry about communication, and they take your dietary preferences into account. Highly recommended.

- The only negative, if any, was that I could hear a bit of noise from the traffic since my room faced the street. However, it didn't impact my sleep in any way.

- The staff went above and beyond to help me. I returned late in the evening after a hike, when the spa & sauna facility was supposed to be closed (I booked it from 9pm to 10pm). The staff allowed me to use it for one extra hour until 11pm. The breakfast was of such generous quantity that I could not finish it on both mornings. - I didn't realize it when I booked it, but the location is close to a bus stop which is very convenient to arrive from the train station and to take further transportation to Kasprowy Wierch or Morskie Oko.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was soo tasty with a great variety of fresh options. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I felt very well taken care of during my stay and I would definitely return. Lovely Hotel in a lovely Town, just a few minutes walk from the center.
