My room had no central air so when the window was opened the wedding music was heard .

The hotel is located in the park like surrounding , close to reservoir where you can walk or bike. The hotel offers free bio facilities; sauna and salt room. Parking is not an issue. The restaurant serves delicious food. Breakfast was spectacular

My room was particularly very small, but I know the other rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.

The place is very pretty, surrounded by a huge park. Inside, there is a nice spa and a swimming pool to swim in. All is very clean, the park well well-maintained. The breakfast served was delicious.

Not each day you can have a night in castle. Beautiful renovated architecture with the history. Location right near mountains, SPA zone and sauna. The place is ideal for a calm rest. Comfortable and clean rooms, polite staff, great breakfasts.

Coffee not free for the guests unless at breaktast. No free water during dinners at the Restaurant. The pool outdoors is not heated.

The first impression was a disaster -- it appeared that NONE of pictures in the room's description were correct. For example we were attracted by balcony view and lots of room space. In reality the room was rather small and without balcony... Hotel staff told us this is because another balcony-room is already occupied. However to be honest this impression was negated with all other benefits we've got from staying here (see positive points above). Most of room facilities could be better for the given room price: - doors, neither of doors could be closed easily, the mechanism was worn, you had to apply certain force to just lock the bathroom door - TV remote, some buttons were working once after 3 clicks only, also is seems that batteries need replacement - hairdrier was present but was too small and weak, it barely can dry long hairs - noise from other rooms, I was able to hear people speaking in the adjacent room, looks like a real issue with noise isolation here

Good location with quite calm neighborhood. There are couple of old fashioned palace buildings surrounded by gorgeous trees / park. It is definitely good to walk around, lots of small landmarks (like pond, bridge, swing etc.) Hotel staff is very helpful. Breakfast was amazing: dishes were switched day by day, everything was very tasty. Dinner room was cozy, beautifully decorated. In general it looked like we were server restaurant food during breakfasts. Room's furniture was stylish and comfortable. Beds were solid and of excellent softness / hardness. While not mentioned in the description the room has a small fridge. Room window's view was great -- directed to the park and East (sunrise). Floor was covered with carpet. SPA center was located in the same building, honey procedures were amazing (but rather expensive as well).

I didn’t like the relationship, it wasn’t entirely obvious how to navigate the complex and what services were provided; I had to ask the receptionist a lot of questions myself.In order to return towels, you had to carry them yourself to another building and stand in line at the reception, instead of at least having baskets for towels in two houses. !!!!!! I advise you not to take treatments with honey to the spa!!! 3 out of 4 guys had allergies. AND THE HOTEL DOESN'T EVEN HAVE ALLERGY PILLS.

Overall the place is beautiful, quiet and interesting. The food in the restaurant is normal, the sauna and salt room are cool. very beautiful interior, large cool area

The sauna area has only four beds in the relax zone, which are constantly full, we had to sit on a bench in front of the entrance - this is a shame, as the biowellness area was the primary reason why we came here. It is very small.

It is a pitty that the biotop was not clean, but full of leves and it was not possible to jump in alter sauna, there is only shower available.we were also missing sauna sheets.

Food prices at the hotel (restaurant, drinks, merchandise) are over the top. Extremely pricey. And there aren’t many decent restaurant alternatives around. Mostly pubs. Visit to close by towns isn’t worth it, unless you go for shopping or to the brewery.

Great, friendly staff. Beautiful villa and the park around. Cozy sauna. Nice hiking trails and views from an island and hills nearby.
