No balcony as advertised, no towels available, no double bed as advertised. I filed a complaint and never received a response. Definitely won't be staying with City Central Apartments in the future.

Tv would have been nice - normally pretty standard. Furniture very worn - broken drawers etc - didn’t really matter but just made it feel a bit neglected. Something to make coffee would have been good : cafetière or stove top expresso - anything.

Location was exceptional: impossible to get better. Excellent heating system - appreciated on a cold day/night.

The appartement itself was totally clean and nice, but the respective house was not at all nice...in addition, I requested explicitely 2 bed rooms as I was traveling with my father...but we got only one bed prepared for the night...so we had to improvise .... but in general: Breslau is a very nice town..

That kind of traveling is nothing for old people, my father would never be able to get the key out of the box etc...for me it was quite ok.

The shower sink was blocked and the toilet would get flooded every time we took a shower. Also, there were also no towels inside the apartment. We could only get a couple of these at the reception inside the building in front for a small fee. Although that's more hygienic, it's a bit impractical. We also found some cockroaches in the living room.

The location was amazing, it was close to many bookshops, cafés and some of the best tourist attractions.

We had issues with 2 broken window that couldn't close ,broken shower head , missing curtains / bling for the living room balcony that overlooks other apartments , lack of lights in the living room. we had missing towels that we paid extra for but after contacting reception he brought them to us late that night and took notes to report to the owner about the issues we repoted.

The ‘beds’ were extremely uncomfortable and gave us all back pain, I would call them more sofa’s without mattress than a bed. If you need any support for sleep do not book here. The walls are so thin you can hear every noise outside, the sound of loud music often kept us awake

Check-in extremely complicated with multiple steps, if you're a tourist and can't call inside Poland you're done... Every time I wrote the hotel they sent me automatic messages instead of actually reading my queries. The shower water wouldn't heat

I was traveling with 2 of my friends (3 people total) When we entered the room we noticed that we have only 2 sets of sheets. We were calling the company number multiple times, but nobody was answering. After sending SMS message few ~2 hours later they called us. In the end they did not managed to provide us the sleeping bedding same day. They were provided next day, but that shouldn't be that much of a problem. Also I believe that phone should be answered during reception working hours. additionally: Not all sockets had electricity in them. Mop in bathroom did not had "mopping" part

It was very difficult to find the entrance to the apartment as there were no notes that it is from the inside of the building, which took us about 30 minutes to figure out in the rain. Once checked in we realized that we had only one towel for 9 people and upon request we had to wait around 40 minutes to get some extra ones. The shower was not draining properly and the water kept accumulating at the bottom of the shower. The chairs were broken, the beds hard as brick and not even one table in the apartment to be able to eat dinner or breakfast. Moreover, there was no wi-fi in the apartment! Although the location of the apartment was amazing, the apartment was not well maintained or properly furnished.

They want you to pay the money via another website, i dont think that it is a good idea. Sounds like scam. They said the money that they took via booking com was a deposit. I guess they will cancel the booking to give the money back. Maybe they wanna cheat the booking.com, anyway not a secure one.

After 48 hours waiting, the manager has still not contacted us regarding our complaint. We didn’t receive the apartment we reserved but a smaller one with fewer beds. Instead of 1 double bed and 3 single beds, we got 2 double beds and 1 small sofa bed without sheets. This forced two people to share a bed while another had to sleep on the sofa with no bedding—just a pillow and a duvet, both stained with yellow marks and without covers. Despite confirming in advance that sheets would be provided, they were not. Calls to their phone numbers went unanswered, and on WhatsApp, they promised to deliver the sheets the next day. Then, without further explanation, they stopped replying. The following day, after asking again, they told us to pick them up ourselves from another location. Towels were another problem. After repeatedly asking, on the second day, we were told they weren’t included, despite the listing photos, and that they could only be rented for an extra fee. Again, we had to collect them ourselves. To make things worse, 10 minutes before the check-out time, the cleaner was already at the door, pressuring us to leave. This was beyond unacceptable. Not only was the apartment far below the standard described in the listing, but the complete lack of communication and refusal to resolve the issues left us stranded and ruined our stay in beautiful Wrocław.

The location is the only good thing here. Stay away of these scammers!

We didn't stay at location we booked as it had been double booked and when we arrived they had occupants already staying there,we then had to wait for new location but the lady that was working for leasing company was brilliant and got us relocated asap

The beds in room were hard like plastic my partner couldnt sleep at all the curtains do not cover the windows from the street which is busy walk way . The sheets were dirty and pillows same . The bathroom had no towel which on reading said it was extra charge for one . The noise outside was constant till 4am grups of men singing shouting the street must be close to police and firebrigade station sirens were requent. The flat had no sense of comfort or privacy . Buy decent beds curtains for windows and insulate the windows for sound barrier you might improve things . The cleaner might need a change too.

Firstly it was labelled on the doors as a HOSTEL, not what is advertised, you had to walk through 2 sets of doors before entering a horrible messy staircase, upon entering the apartment there were no towels, no cleaning products (even though this was labelled in the apartment facilities tab) our bedding was dirty, the shower holder was snapped, one of the sofa beds was snapped, all the beds weren’t actually ‘beds’ they were sofa beds (very hard and very uncomfortable even to sit on), the photos we saw on the listing wasn’t what we got, as they take photos of all the rooms and it seems as though it’s a pick a mix when you book so please be aware, also to add, it was that bad that we entered the ‘hostel’ and left instantly and booked another overnight stay at a different location, we refused to stay there. Please be mindful when booking we had booked 2 nights here and didn’t stay longer than 30 minutes.

Not much to say here. I would recommend that you bring your own towels and soap.

This was a real find! I was in room 11, and I looked out over one of the trendy, popular streets near the University of Wroclaw. My building had a fun restaurant called "BratWursty"and another fun establishment serving drinks and sushi. My room was clean, very competitively priced, and spacious. It could handle two people easily, three in a pinch! The location and view was exceptional.
