Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LithuaniaEven second time it was difficult to find, no sign on the street, google maps shows wrong location. Whole evening was some disco party which was disturbing. Breakfast could be better. Ugly view from window.
Wasn't first time there, nothing much changed since 2019. Basic hotel for a short stay, not a romantic stylish place where I'd wish to spend holidays. Late check-in possible.

Sagged mattress, toilet spray masked smoking room, staff do not speak a word in English, kitchen chimney blows straight into windows, no air conditioning, can’t open window because of kitchen smell and noises. Elevator is between floors 2 and 3 only, while rooms are on the floor 4. Difficult to find, google maps by address navigate incorrectly.
It was the worst stay in my lifetime. Complete trash place.

PolandThe apartment is only by the name not by definition , the same as double bed. These are two beds put together, as they only send you this info via email. Rude stuff, price is high taking into account this is a poor hostel rather than a hotel they claim to be. They take every information about a client identity and addresses, which is really weird. No dryed in the room , no electric kettle in the room. The stuff was rude because I pointed that this is a hostel room not apartment , but they explain it’s just a name :) the rest you can find out yourself . Loud music until late 1:00am not as it was mentioned +- 24.

LatviaHowever, the shower drain was clogged. The water didn't pass through. We were given another room, but there was the same problem - the drain in the shower was completely clogged. In the third room that was offered to us, the drain worked better, but the water did not drain completely. We stayed in this room because it was already night and we were tired. The administrator did not in any way regulate the situation with the repair of the drain in the shower stall. I do not recommend this hotel. Or check your room before checking in! Breakfast was also very poor - little choice. Mainly muesli, jams and portioned cheeses, butter. The only hot dishes were sausages and boiled eggs.
The room is good, clean.
