We recommend to ask for the room at the opposite side to the main street in summer. Combination of warm nights and loud tramway traffic during the night is a bit challenging. Also room and badroom were small.

Location was very good, also very good breakfast, parking on the reserved place for the hotel was ok, the staff was helping with very good and quick reactions to requests online. Good beds.

Shower door was broken. Bath mat was supplied new, but was all torn to shreds? Cheap fixtures and fittings. Breakfast was a bit cheap for the price.

It was a convenient 20 minute walk into the centre of Wroclaw. Had a sixth floor with a balcony overlooking the square. Ideal having a lift too. Could park the car for free just outside.

Unluckly there was no air conditioner, so we had to keep the balcony door open all night. Other people staying in the property didnt keep silent at all, so I wouldnt call sleeping there the easiest.

The room was big, the balcony is super nice and also the view. Breakfast enjoyable.

- noisy There are lots of rooms in this hotel, we stayed in room number 1 (in summer/ hot weather). It looks over the street with a tram line. Probably in cool days when all the windows/doors are closed, that’s a perfect place to stay.

Too small bathroom, it was +/- clean, but some places like shower head holder was having mildew or dirtiness.

I think the best thing about this property is it's location, only 10mins walk and you are in the center of Wroclaw. Nice room, nice beds, good view from the window. BALCONY!!!!

Aside from the cleaning lady in the morning, I didn't see or speak with anyone who worked there. I had wanted to ask for another night but had to use Google translate to interact with the cleaning lady who messaged the reception for me. It was also a little farther from the old town than I would have liked as I had a limited time in the city (20 minute walk) but it wasn't too bad.

The room was nice and clean, easy to find, convenient to the main dining area and shared kitchen. There was hot water and coffee and teas available there as well. I had a nice balcony to relax on and watch the sunrise. There was a small park right outside. It was safe. The neighbor who helped me in the building was friendly. I was given good instructions how to get in and get my key. That was easy to coordinate. The cleaning lady was nice.

The self check in can be a little tricky as we very tired from thr flight and came in late.

The bed and the pillow were very comfortable and we wish we spend more time threre but couldnt as we had flight in the morning.

There was indeed parking space for us but it was not really secure parking as it was too close to a park with weird people.

Information about how to get accommodated was clear. Easy access to accommodation even after reception has closed. Close to city centre. Elevator. Terrace with 3chairs and a table. Possibility to get a coffee/tea/biscuits at the kitchen all day long.

There was no-one in the accommodation when we arrived so we were left outside the door wondering if it was occupied. I then saw that I'd received an email an hour earlier to say we needed to check in by ourselves by putting in a code and finding our room with the key in the door but it was a little late in the day to inform us. The breakfast was served until 10.00 but when we turned up on the first morning at 09.50, we were reminded that breakfast was at 10.00 as though we were late. Presumably they mean breakfast finishes at 10.00.

Pretty good location just north of the old town and the breakfast was substantial with good choice of cereals, meat, cheese, eggs, coffee and fruit juices.

well, for the price we paid, there was nothing wrong.

We have stayed just for a night as part of our business trip. I was really impressed by our self check in, I really liked it, all went well. Room was smaller, but had absolutely everything we needed, extra points to seating on own balcony!
