I liked the buffet style breakfast served in the restaurant. However, the staff doesn't take dirty dishes away, so they pile up on the table. Something that can be easily fixed by the management. There is no coffee in the room.

There was a little problem with the air-con​di​tion​ing in my room. Despite a friendly repairman's intervention it wasn't possible to set a desired temperature. As a result, it was getting cold after a while and I had to switch the AC for the night.

The staff were always friendly and ready to help you with anything you asked. Food was very good and the location of the place is perfect for exploring the Ojcowski National Park. As the hotel is located next to a busy main road, I had worried that traffic noise might be of a problem, but it wasn't. I could hardly hear truck and cars passing by.

Everything was great and really enjoyable, but we had a room with two separate beds, which wasn’t very comfortable for a married couple. We were very pleasantly surprised that the hotel provided a blanket and towel for our dog — and we could even take them home. Such a lovely gesture!

The hotel is next to a bigger road. It didn't bother us though.

The hotel ist beautiful, room had a good size. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The garden behind the hotel ist really nice and has a stunning view. The food in the restaurant was really delicious. The were very welcoming to our dog and we even got a bowl, a towel and a blanket. Very thoughtful!

Very warm duvets! Room under the roof so had to be very careful not to bash our heads.

The noise, all rooms look into a middle party room so the noise was constant. You can hear the cleaning ladies at 4 am chatting (quite annoying). The rooms are quite dark so I did not appreciate that.

Easy to find (beside highway), consequently quite noisy to open the window. Breakfast is quite nice. Neither good or bad but good to know it is a family hotel, so be ready for many kids around.

The breakfast was poor, the waitress didn't speak good enough English. We came with a piece of luggage, but we had to climb the stairs to reach the elevator which wasn't comfortable.

Huge bathroom, huge bed, very silent room. The room was even larger than expected. We came with a dog, so they gave a blanket, a bowl, and even snacks for the dog. There was plenty of area for dogs to walk outside. Spacious and free parking near the hotel.

The place is quite close to busy road, so it is advisable to take a room not facing it.

I would hardly recommend to pass by a car cause the trip by bus is a little adventurous, tho not really a breaking point cause it is indeed possible.

It was a lovely place, very cozy in calm basically a 5 minutes walk away from the national park. Due to my flight I had to check in very late, which was absolutely no problem at all. Even tho I arrived close to midnight I've been taken very good care of. The rooms where very cozy and had everything you could need. Breakfast was nice aswell and I was able to leave my luggage there to explore the national park for a few more hours.

Prices could be a bit lower, there was no bathtub in the bathroom. Those are the only downsides I can find.

Nice place with wonderfull crew, great location. The restaurant serves great meals, the tartare is chopped not minced, the rest of the dishes we ordered were also great.

We liked the friendliness  of the staff. The beautiful building, the decor, the lovely garden and surrounding area and the icing on the cake. It’s very dog friendly. We also loved the doggy gift on arrival and the adult gift on departure. It’s the little things that make a great stay.
