Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineNo much to tell, because everything was really good. We were there with family for the weekend, and whole day was spent in terms. Hairdryer was very weak though. Maybe it needs replacement or repair
Great location, very friendly communication. Receptionist was very find and very friendly, nice big apartment for family. Cooling is a big plus - we had 2 in different rooms - that's nice. Place has parking. It is located closely to terms, so there is no need to pay additionally for parking there, and you could be at the opening

United KingdomBreakfast. I have never been asked to order my breakfast from a third party delivered to where I am staying and shall not start now. We ended up going to the Therma and catching a sandwich as their restaurant does not open until 12. There is a local supermarket nearby so one could catch a breakfast but again the area lacks something. Beware.

United KingdomI thought from the description and photos that this would be an apartment. But it was a hotel. Not all rooms have a kitchen, only the second room we rented. The map is not very clear on its location. It should have more photos that show its real position.
The hotel was right next to the hot springs. That was fantastic. And the person who helped us at the reception was quite friendly.

SlovakiaThat there was no salt in the kitchen corner :D really, that was the most unpleasing thing - so you can see we were really satisfied with the accomodation. No other major problems or things we didnt like.
Very cosy comfortable and well situated appartment. The Chocholowskie Termy pools is very close and local small shop is even closer. The navigation had a little trouble finding the place (though it is right at the main road) but the staff readily navigated us through the phone.

United KingdomLack of kettle and at least 2 cups and cutlery is a major inconvenience. You need to go down to kitchen to boil water for tea, waiting for other residents to do the same. In the morning 10 people csn be waiting for water to boil in 1,5 litre kettle...
