- it was a little distanced from the ferry-port and polish train station (city has two train stations, one is for polish trains, second one is for German ones) - at first It was a little hard to find this place

+ beautiful palace standing in old part of city, very close to German border and German train station + really nice room (more like flat), modern, equipped kitchen and working fridge + whole place is surrounded by park, is really quiet there + close to the sea + great food, fresh + in hotel activities like grill/spa/pool

The hotel offers everything one may need for a short, relaxing stay in Świnoujście: cozy rooms, nice breakfast, local spa with cosmetic and medical-type services, two small pools. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is very convenient - close (a few minutes walk) from the city’s central promenade and the sea, but its park surroundings makes the place quiet and relaxing.

The complimentary spa access is a big bonus, though it is somewhat simple it's still quite enjoyable.

- relatively dark room located on the ground floor with a view towards a concrete wall of the outside escape route, directly in the staircase hall opposite the elevator - okay for one night, though it spoiled the last night of my holiday. - resort building is located next to a busy street (sime cars speeding by with what feels like 80 km/h), walking to the promenade is not a nice walk alongside this street, and rooms are loud if windows left open. - effective service, but missing warmth - if you rent a bike you have to search the hotel grounds to find it. Staff just shrugs if you ask where to find the bike. Rental is by day until 20:00, not for 24 hours. This is a hazzle as you have no bike in the evening if you stay one night only or have to pay double the rate, or walk beside the road… - rooms miss atmosphere , they look more like sanatorium rooms. - too many German tourists (though I am German myself, usually traveling more in the East of Poland) :)

- early check-in without extra charge - good communication before arrival - lucky to get a parking space (many hotels in the city, advertise parking, but in the end, only have a few spaces and cannot guarantee availability). - cleanliness - very nice breakfast (though served in the basement)

The historic building of the Cesarskie Ogrody is a very good place to stay in Swinojuscie. Very close to the train station where trains from Germany are arriving. Up to 15 mins walk distance to the beach. A fantastic forest as well as town`s main attractions in a walking distance. Nice breakfast and a good swimming pool!

The wifi was pretty much non-working. The only place we could reach the network at all was on the balcony, but even there the connection was very weak. As our mobile internet coverage was bad as well, this was a bit annoying, especially for our kids. Also the floors were a bit sandy, from previous guests visiting the beach I suppose, but other than that the place was clean.

Nice hotel with an interesting history in a great location in a quiet park. Lots of parking space available for a fee which was very convient. No need to hunt other parking lots during the stay as both the beach and restaurant areas in town are well within walking distance from the hotel. There is also a nice restaurant (Weranda) just besides the hotel.

The fact that you have to pay for parking and the use of a swimming pool! Outrageous. Also, when we arrived there was a broken glass table in our room. Our toddler almost cut himself. We called the reception and a person came to pick it up. Also, we requested a crib, it was confirmed to us it will be waiting for us in the room, and it wasn't there when we arrived. Again, it was handled after a call to reception, but no such calls should be necessary.

Really no complaints but it is a longer walk to the town center than some other hotels.
