The level of cleaning wasn't perfect. Some dust on the stairs, except this everything was perfect and we will back in the future.

Room was supposed to have a fridge but didn't. AC not working at the start. Unhelpful day staff, night staff knew what was the issue right away. Room had a distinctive smell when hot (glue or similar). Bathroom could use some love (broken bin, glue on mirror).

The room was quite basic and not very clean. There were some broken elements in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder, towel rack, dirty ventilation, and an uncleared trash bin. The mattress was not very comfortable, and the linen felt low-quality. There was also no tea or drinking water provided, and no soap by the sink. Overall, it was fine for a short stop because of the location, but would be great if the details mentioned above were improved. Definitely not a 4-star standard.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is great, very close to the highway. Plenty of space to park your car. Welcoming staff.

The hotel is located close to both the railway station and the airport, easily reachable by taxi. Friendly and helpful personnel. During breakfast you can watch a video with the main highlights of Poland, that can give you good ideas on what is worth to visit.

We requested a baby cot and it was not in the room , there was no towels. We arrived long after midnight with a little baby so those things missing were real inconvenience.

Breakfast was pretty good, decent variety and quality. Great location, not far from the airport. Large parking, useful for those traveling by car. Overall good condition of the hotel. Fair price.

I wish the spa area was included like in many onther places.

Staff spoke good english and were helpful. Free parking. Close to airport by car. Room was clean and spacious. There was a empty mini fridge and iron in the room. The sheets were so nice and soft.

Very clean, open even late at night, we checked in very quickly and breakfast Was very good in the morning. We only spent few hours as our flight was late and we left at 9:30 in the morning but the overall experience was good.

The location is near a mall with most facilities available including a currency exchange and a supermarket It is near the airport but was not noisy The staff were great The family room option with 2 floors and 2 bathrooms was great for family with children And the breakfast was excellent Full selection of food Multiple egg options and multiple vegetables-salads Especially the roasted vegetables options ( well seasoned and well cooked) With the regular selection of sweet pastries

When abroad, I always speak in English. When I arrived at the hotel and approached the reception, I told the receptionist that we had a reservation and we needed a taxi to the airport the next day. The receptionist then answered in russian and continued talking and explaining things in russian. That's a NO for me! I understand that he might've heard me communicating with my family in our native language (Ukrainian) and assumed it would be OK to switch to russian, but he should have just stick to English as the whole situation offended me. Another problem - a taxi. We wanted to hire a local taxi for 110 zl for 4am, but the receptionist told us that the taxi might not want to take the 5 of us, as it's too much people, so they advised to pre-order uber. So we did. Long story short, the pre-ordered Uber didn't arrive, we stressed out, begged the receptionist to call us the local taxi asap as we were afraid to miss our flight. It all ended well, and the receptionist was very helpful, but the whole situation was very stressful. I think the hotel should guarantee a taxi 100%, if they advertise that service, or else don't promise it at all. It's impossible to catch uber/bolt in that location, at least in the early morning

We stayed just for the night, as we had an early flight the next day. Everything was good, comfortable rooms, a kettle in a room was very convenient. Our AC was out of control for some reason, but the receptionist was very nice and fixed the problem very quickly. The location is close to the airport, but there's a trick with a taxi
