Great dinner and breakfast with many vegan options and freshly squeezed juices. Pool (warm) and SPA area very comfortable. SPA facilities on the roof amazing.

One time the light leading to the elevator never turned on at all. The restaurant and bar at dinner is understaffed. I asked for a plastic bag for salt that I had opened. The bag that I was given by a young man at reception said Brudna bielizna Schmutzwasche. Underwear to be washed. It looked crinkled And had writing on it. Yuk
It’s in a lovely location and very clean. The corner suite room was huge with a wonderful balcony and floor. Breakfast was delicious

The location is absolutely superb (!) especially for the people with some mobility problems and/or seerious health issues like we had. The hotel offers good meals and its staff is truly friendly. We strongly recommend the place!!

Poland105 Reviews81 helpful votes“Overall good experience, could be better if rooms are renovated”The hotel is partially renovated - the rooms shown on Booking are not the rooms you are checked in. We got an old room, with visible signs of wear. The carpet is old and stained. The table/console was also showing signs of wear. The bathroom had a clogged sink and the shower support was broken. The bed sheets are not ironed. For the level of 4* hotel, they could invest in better linen and cleaning. The sound isolation is pretty bad: you can hear people on corridors, kids running in the rooms too. We had some very noisy neighbors on the last night ...
The spa area is great, especially the one on top floor, the saunas up there were also working great. Also the swimming pool was nice, good size. it would help if there were some rules for wearing swimming cap, especially for ladies with long hair. The breakfast was pretty varied, nothing exceptional - as omelette or pancakes on request, but it had options for everybody. The art work around and in the hotel is also something to pause and admire.

Very friendly staff, absolutely nice people. Hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is rich and tasty. Great, big swimming pool. Very good spa, especially interesting are the baths in sage, and baths in the local mineral waters. Hotel is placed at the entrance of the Mineral Park and other main points of the city. A nice walking path takes us to the city center. Hotel restaurant serves really good dishes and prices are reasonable Hotel has an interesting design, very modern art. Comfortable parking. For sure I will come back again.

However, the lovely person at reception was very accommodating and showed us a new room that was much nicer. The saunas were not open mid-week which was not stated on booking.
The restaurant and café were wonderful. The food was excellent. Nice location for walks in the spa park.
