Everything was excellent. The only thing missing was an air conditioner (it’s not a must but it could be nice to have it during a hot summer days).

It was perfect. Location, comfort, facilities, owner - everything was on the highest level.

The apartment was on the second floor with lift access if required. It is located close to the city centre with a number of tram stops nearby. That said, it is in a quiet location with no traffic noise. Several supermarkets are within walking distance. The apartment itself was well laid out with a lot of space. There was plenty of crockery and utensils, a coffee machine, a washing machine and television with the facility to watch Disney +, Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube and local TV channels. It was comfortable and has a very good shower. This apartment exceeded my expectations and I would happily stay there again.

Marlena is a top host, always responds to messages and gives clear instructions to ensure a smooth stay. The apartment has everything you need with a high standard of cleanliness and finish. I felt at home instantly. The apartment building is maintained to a high standard and is completely secure. The location is great for exploring Wrocław. I've stayed here twice now as I travel to the city frequently. It is surprisingly quiet considering the location, so you can have a good night's sleep. The overall impression is that Marlena really wants you to have a pleasant stay. I recommend 100%.

I got very precise step by step instructions on how to check-in but zero how to check out. You can't get to the garage without a key-card and open the garage door without a remote and then the flat is surrounded by a fence with a gate which you can't open without a remote and there is no way where to park outside of the fencing. So you can't leave if you leave the keys in the room. I have never got an answer via the chat so I had to take the keys with me, open all doors and gates, ride from the garage and then block the entrance to the whole area (a gate) with my car to keep the gate open (there are optical sensors so the gate will not close) and run from the car to the flat to return the keys and then back to car so I can leave. There are no keypads or buttons on how to open the gate for a car from the inside. Also I didn't know if I should throw away garbage since there are no instructions and I couldn't find any bins outside.

Absolutely amazing. The building was probably some sort of hospital or similar rebuild to a very VERY nice flat complex. The flat alone is exceptional. There is everything that you need. A fully equipped kitchen, toiletry, all necessary kitchen appliances. Also the flat was perfectly cleaned. The area is like 10 minutes walk from the city center or 10 minutes from botanical garden or 1 minute to the grocery and alcohol store. Parking is in an underground garage with good access even though the house is a maze. I enjoyed the stay very much. I hope I will get back soon.

We were very satisfied with our stay in the apartment! It was excellently furnished and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was fantastic - close enough to easily explore the old town, but in a quiet and secure complex. The complex itself was beautifully maintained, with a playground and underground parking. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

This beautiful apartment located in a gorgeous renovated historical building, the territory around the building is amazing. The building itself is located near the old city center (from 5 to 15 minutes on foot, depending where you go). The apartment is clean, quiet, fully equipped. The host is very helpful and responsive, provides all necessary information. Highly recommend this apartment.
