Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PolandThe hotel would benefit from some refreshment/ refurbishing. It looks a bit oldish, reminding late ’90-ties. No air-condition (very old air-condition devices still attached to the wall, but not working) - thanks to nice, not hot weather it was not an issue, very good ventilation ensured thanks to large windows, but in hot summer time it might be an issue. Rather neglected plants, both in the room and around the hotel lobby. Random inconsistent decorations in the lobby and in the restaurant.
The hotel is well located, about 10 min walk from main train station, and ca. 20 min walk from the public beach. Restaurants available at walking distance. Very good tasty breakfast buffet with nice choice of food. Clean room and all sheets and towels clean. Helpful and polite room service staff and restaurant staff. Large windows allowing good ventilation. Hotel parking space.

United KingdomThe furnishings are now dated and a little tired.
Its location was exactly what I wanted. Having stayed before when in Gdynia on business, I knew what to expect and wasn’t disappointed.

NorwayRoom 308. First thing that confused me was that the lighting in the corridor was poor. I had to use a flashlight to get the key into the lock. The doors in the room creak loudly and the refrigerator door is hanging on its hinge. It was very hot in the room and there is no air conditioning. Shower door doesn't close well. For $130 a night this is unacceptable. Don't recommend.
Good breakfast!

PolandParking - the bums did the poo next to my car. It means that nobody takes care about the guest's cars.. No any information/ labels that particular place / slots are for guests. In the room and in whole building air-conditioning doesn't work at all. With 30 degrees Celsius outside, it is hard to breathe. One you open the window for.the night to decrease temperature in the room, you will not sleep as you can hear Police Cars (Police Station some 80 m from the hotel), Ambulances (Hospital 100 m from the hotel) and every few minutes city buses. and cars as well. Cable TV - 14 channels: 8 with snow on the screen, 6 are "jumping" / broken. Nothing special, no any 24 hrs news channels.
Breakfast.

PolandNo air conditioning. Annoying toilet air freshener stink (mixed with toilet stink) in the elevator, stairs and in the halls of the hotel. Lack of ventilation in those places makes it unbearable to breathe. From my window you could see a room/dweller from the same hotel. His window was covered in foil (meaning he lives here for an extended period of time) and he was smoking cigarettes 24/7 at least once 2h. It's forbidden to smoke in the hotel and the rooms include a smoke sensor. Are they non functional?? Lack of any ventilation in the room and the smoker person outside the window made it very unpleasant to sleep. I paid for breakfast but didn't know it consists mostly of a multitude of cheap cured meat cuts and cucumber. I could buy it in the nearby Żabka for a much cheaper option. The 4 day visit at the hotel cost a lot more than it provided. In Warsaw, capital of Poland, i would pay less for more. But the people were very very nice. I broke a glass (they are placed so that it's very easy to do) and they didn't want me to pay for it, for which i thank them. The room service worked well in my opinion. My biggest problem with the establishment is that it has three stars in its name when it's barely 1 star in my opinion. A 2 star hotel anywhere would have a lot better quality. I have nothing super bad to say about the room and the hotel but damn, it would be a 3 star hotel only in the 70s. The bed covers had spots (which is surely not juice), the mattress under the sheets had a huge red spot in the middle. Both i don't care for and i just never touch that. But damn 3 stars is like criminally overestimating yourself. My pillow and blanket sheets had holes. No 3 star hotel has spots or holes in bed sheets upon arrival. Otherwise, the stay was okay. The older people seem to love this place.
People are great. Beds are fine. Bathroom is fine. Location is seemingly great.
