How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Leaky shower glass, but asked for mop and got it very quickly. Some coffee creamer to go with coffee and tea provided. 1 of the 2 sleeper couches is old and uncomfortable to sit or sleep on as it is sunken. No proper aircon when it was very hot as only fan in one dining/lounge room and portable air cooler in the bedroom.
Apartment was clean, very spacious, secure building in safe area with kepad locks, so no keys needed and location is perfect between old town and Galeria mall area for full entertainment. Loads of museums in walking distance. Had all you need away from home for eating etc.

No hooks for the towels and same soap for the kitchen, bath & shower !
No breakfast....Location is perfect...just nearby the old town & very close to city center !

Observation, parking spots are not wide nor long. If you have a big car, advise to ask if it will fit.
Nice location, clean and nice kitchen. Instructions to retrieve key are clear. Also quiet at night, slept well. Reserved parking in advance, under the building.

Very clean and convenient apartment, easy check-in and out, helpful support in any question. There is an amazing bakery with great coffee right across the street and also a Żabka shop in 4 min walking range. Of course the old town is super close.

Nothing really. Would just say make sure you read the info sent over before going to the property as the location is a bit different but not really far off from the one written in the description.
Super comfy bed, lovely space and clean and tidy and honestly for the price it was so so good! So handy to jane the kitchen and the washing machine and location is convenient and easy to get in.

all was great
closeness to market square Krakow and lots of cafes and food places, so convenient. The Host was very contactable for any questions. Excellent Wifi too.

Very nice apartment for a family stay, clean and fully kitted out. Really close to Old Town. It was useful to have AC as we visited during a very hot period, but it wasn’t very efficient

Lovely apartment 20 minutes walk from train station. (The train station is situated in the shopping mall ) also very close to all restaurants and takeaway’s. Everything required in apartment for 4 people self catering. Very quiet top floor apartment with lift.

One of the bedrooms was too hot due to hot weather and air conditioning was not enough, but it wasn’t too bad for us

Very close to the city center and park, the location is quiet, nice and safe. The accommodation has also small balcony where you can enjoy cup of coffee with the view on the trees. Accommodation was spacy, clean and well equipped. Next time in Krakow, I will definitely stay here. I recommend this appartment.

The apartment was spacious, bright, clean, well appointed, nicely decorated, and in a great location. The only reason why it’s not a 10/10 is because the extra sleeper sofa could not comfortably accommodate two people due to the position of the frame and there were no thick curtains in the extra sleeping space (living room). Otherwise, we loved our stay there. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. The parking in the garage was convenient and secure (although, there was an additional charge per day). Overall, a great place.

No complaints.
Access was very easy. Some apartments have complicated systems - this was straight-forward. As a lone traveler, I felt very safe with the security. Everything worked as it should; air con, shower, lights, etc. Upon arrival, I had a glitch but the owners were very responsive and rectified it immediately.
