Very cozy hotel. I especially liked the cozy glass terrace, which was tastefully styled. Although you won't see incredible views through the window (due to the city location of the hotel), it should be very convenient for you to drink coffee or read a book in the evening. I especially liked the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. In my opinion, this hotel is for a short stay.

Nothing to complain about; it was another great stay and at a good daily rate. I have stayed here before and welcome a chance to stay again. Previously I drove to the hotel but found it was pretty easy to access the hotel using public transportation from the airport.

The first room I got smelled a bit, so I told the receptionist and she immediately found me another room. Other than that all was fine.

The receptionist was amazing, the beds comfortable, the room nice, the breakfast excellent. All in all I was extremely happy here.

The hotel that I stay in, in Warsaw has A/C. I would have liked a roll of toilet paper instead of individual sheets. Maybe an extra bottle of water. Where I stay gives me two bottles each day, one with gas and one without. Also another package of instant coffee. I thought at first the hotel was too far, but in the end I was happy to be away from the crowds. It was nice and quiet. I need to walk for my heart condtion,...the hill was a challenge.

Breakfast was fantastic. I have a heart condition and I need to watch what I eat. There was a great variety. The staff was extremely friendly, they answered all my questions that I had about my stay, what to do.

Shower door needed fixing and the tap needed maintenance.asked in the desk and it was fixed straight away. The car park under hotel very tight you had to reverse out as you couldn't drive out as not enough lock on the steering

The Hotel is located nearby a supermarket. You can hear some noises of the markets cooling fans if you have your window open at night.

Very friendly staff, we had some good conversations with the young lady at the reception and she gave us some useful tips for our trip. Nice, clean rooms and a good breakfast selection.

I do understand the hotel had no control over the weather, however during the windy night the vent in our room was horrible loud. It’s was impossible to have a good night sleep due to this inconvenience. We did stayed two nights and first night we hear the noises from vent above the bed, but second night where was windy that was a nightmare.

There was no ventilation in the room and AC was out of order, so it was sooo hot and humid in the room. Couldn’t sleep. Only thing that could have helped would have been opening the window, but neighbours dog was barking all night and zero air came from window. Dissapointed and for us not worth the money. Totally overpriced place.

The room was not well soundproofed and we could hear other guests' alarms and conversations. The shower was very small.

The hotel was easy to reach from both airport and city centre: although located around 3km from the old town, there are good bus connections running regularly. Our room was nice and cozy, with modern touches. Breakfast was alright, many items to choose from though mostly Eastern European flavours. Very friendly staff, they allowed us to leave our luggages at the hotel as our flight was late at night.

The room was completely different from what was ordered. The toilet was adapted for the disabled. Both the toilet, the shower and the sink were very uncomfortable. Complete rubbish!!!

The breakfast was ok, but not fantastic. The area is not where you go for a nice walk, but there are some shops like Carrefour close by and also the Amber hotel where the restaurant was good. The hair dryer was broken. (Art in the hotel was not to our taste 😁)

the room was not very clean and there was a strong smell of something unpleasant very loud ventilation in the bathroom and not good splashing water system very bad sound isolation (we can hear how someone was snoring)
