The whole building is old and a little bit scary. But the apartment itself is nice, spacious and comfortably designed. Except the kitchen, which is probably the main reason of bad reviews. Too few kitchen utensils and some kitchen appliances really need to be changed to the newer ones. Enough to survive, but not good for 100 Eur paying tourists. Finally, if you are drunken don't you dare to return to your apartment after the day ends. You will get lost in a dark labyrinth.

Everything was perfect. I recommed it to everyone!

Location and quietness even though it was in a busy area.

The smell, the bathroom needs urgent renovation.

The only thing that is good about the apartment is its location. It is very close both to the bus station and the Old Town.

I was not satisfied with the communication. I asked in advance whether it would be possible to leave our luggage for a few hours. I was told that we could leave it after 9 a.m., but on the day of arrival, when I asked whom we should contact and what the process was, the owners stopped replying. They simply ignored my messages. We tried calling as well, but again – no response. As a result, we had to urgently look for another place to store our luggage. We did find one, of course, but it cost an additional 60 zł. The payment itself was not an issue; what was unpleasant was being given incorrect information and then receiving no reply at all. As for the apartment, it is rather old – although we were not expecting anything spectacular.

Everything was good . The staff cleaned up the room before ckeck in time because I was work crying baby. The property was clean and nice to stay. Very close to the train station but without noise .

The owners have changed, and they are incredibly attentive their care is reflected in every corner of the property. Everything in my room was brand new, just recently bought: the bed, pillows, sheets, TV, kettle… and that made a big difference in terms of comfort. You have everything you might need here, and if you face any issue, they respond immediately with a solution-oriented approach :) The location is also beyond perfect — nothing more to say.

Location to the train station.

No air conditioning along with bolted down windows made it rather oppressive in the summer. Lack of decent signage made it challenging to locate the room. The room faced a very noisy street (I.e. trams, buses, cars and loud people).

I liked the location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds

However, the inner courtyard of the building felt unpleasant and unsafe. There were suspicious “neighbors” walking around, the stairwell was dark after sunset with no lighting, and it felt really uncomfortable to go to the apartment. In the apartment, the bathroom door does not lock, the Wi-Fi does not load TV channels, and on the phone it hardly works at all.

The apartment is near the train station and it is very comfortable for a work trip. The blanket was warm.

It was cold at night, the heating was turned off. The thermostats on the radiators were removed so that the resident could not add heat to himself. There was mold in the bathroom. I asked if I could stay a little longer than usual. They told me "no" because they had to clean the room for the next residents. For the next two hours after checking out, I sat outside my room because my suitcase was heavy and I was putting on makeup. So no one came to clean the room :(

Unnecessarily complex (two-message) process to enter the apartment. I have a question: Why the response to my query (in English) this night was in russian language?

It’s perfect location if you travel from Krakow Central Station. Staff is very helpful. They let us to check out later.

It was very scary to enter to the hotel. Rooms are also very old but furniture is new. And there was no hot water when we were there.

Location is great. The key lock box works great.

Old apartment. It had strange smell ( yes, I did check under the bed haha). For one night was ok. It needs renovation bad otherwise nothing to remember.

The apartment is close to the railway station.

Wi-fi didn't work in my room

when it rained there was a constant drip sound from the courtyard outside my room. The TV had come out of its bracket and was hard to see on top of a wardrobe so I didn't ty

The location is super if you want to have all the sights at a walking distance. Also there is a train station and a bus station at 5 min walking. A self check-in is a bonus if you value your time 😉. The room has everything you need to feel comfortable, even all the kitchen stuff in a very good condition. We enjoyed having a microwave, a kettle, and a small fridge at our disposal. Actually the kitchen place is absolutely amazing. There's a lot of space for your luggage and clothes. But we didn't any air conditioner. If you travel in hot summer days, that might be a challenge.

The bed for two people was veeery small. We stayed 1 night only and it was ok. But staying there for a week without a proper sleeping place is nonsense. I am sure that could be easily fixed when talking with a host but we didn't need this for 1 night. Well, I believe I booked a room with 2 separate beds (already predicted such a situation when there's not enough space for 2 in a si called double bed), but still they allocated 1 double for us. Another thing is that the door to the bathroom couldn't be easily closed, which causes some discomfort.

Location

The room needs renovation. The corridor is in poor condition. The room is not comfortable. Definitely not worth the money.

Nice and cosy room

It was difficult to find a key, it was a real quest, especially at night when we arrived and wanted to rest, instead of it we were looking for the key, the condition of the interior of the ground floor of the building was very poor and scary. In the room I didn't even find a kettle to make tea. Also there wasn't sugar.. But at the same time the room was clean and cosy.
