Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesThe behaviour at the check in was at all not as usual
To pay more attention to regular customers at the check in . We are customers for more than 20 years .at least twice per year . No welcome at the reception and nothing in the apartment . We called the reception to get more tringle ( the number in one wardrobe is only one !) The buffet for the breakfast is excellent in quality and diversity The Italian restaurant parmagiano is excellent : 5star

FranceThe beds weren't an ideal set up for us, the "twin" beds were set as a double, but we had selected twin for the children to be sleeping in separate beds, this wasn't possible with the setup of the room. The sofabed was insufficient for two adults. We ended up three (two adults and a child) in the twin beds and one child on the sofa bed. Not the most comfortable for a hotel break that wasn't very inexpensive.
The pool with mountain view was incredible!! The hotel is clean and comfortable and plenty to do for children of all ages. The restaurant is very good, fresh food cooked on site and excellent choices for breakfast and dinner.

SerbiaI really enjoyed my stay, and overall it was a great experience. One small point to mention: the elevators (there are three) are quite slow. While they can fit more than five people, it can be a bit frustrating when you’re in a rush. I was also surprised after dinner at the Grand Kasprowy restaurant to receive a handwritten bill on a piece of paper. I tried to explain to the waiter that this isn’t a professional way to handle payments, and I was hoping for an apology — but unfortunately, he insisted on his own explanation instead. A few small things, but they stood out during an otherwise lovely stay.
Kasprowy is a stunning hotel — spacious and full of charm. From the moment you enter, you’ll fall in love with the high terraces and breathtaking views — perfect for a coffee, tea, or quick snack. The pool area is amazing, and it truly feels like a place to relax like a queen or king. All rooms offer gorgeous views and private terraces, adding to the overall experience. The hotel is also within walking distance of Zakopane’s center, making it both peaceful and conveniently located.

LithuaniaThe hotel itself is good, although it’s showing signs of age – the curtains had small holes and the bathrobes were quite worn out. Getting around the hotel was a bit of a struggle. It’s a large building but only two elevators were working, and they were incredibly slow – which made going up or down a frustrating experience.
We had a lovely stay at the hotel overall. The food selection and quality were absolutely amazing – definitely a highlight of our trip. Our room was a bit small for three people, but the breathtaking mountain view from the window made up for it. One of the best features was the pool area – both indoor and outdoor pools were warm, clean, and very family-friendly, which we really appreciated. The location is also great, close to everything we needed. It was also nice to have baths in the bathrooms. Food at both restaurants was excellent.

LatviaLift is weird. We used stairs mostly, even after long hikes. And the parking fee is not amazing, but nice that they have options.
Breakfast is a must! Good choices for ppl who don’t eat dairy and gluten. Kid friendly plates and foods. The attractions alone, there are amazing! Aqua zone is amazing, with the outdoor pool! Some hiking trails are also close. Tried the themed dinner and kids playground inside and both were amazing!

IrelandYou do not have access to all pools. There are different zones - some are not included in your stay. It's a little overwhelming when you check in & staff are explaining different zones, etc. The pool we used was really nice & kids were happy.
Breakfast was amazing! Staff were very professional. The hotel is spotless & extremely comfortable. The views are amazing & it's very close to town.

LuxembourgThe hotel is a little way out of town and there are currently roadworks nearby, which means that no public buses go that way. It's worth taking a Bolt or enquiring about the hotel bus, which runs hourly.
The hotel has some really nice views of the Tatras, and is located in a quiet place on the outskirts of Zakopane. We were unlucky enough to visit on a day where it rained almost the whole time and weren't able to see as much of Zakopane as we wanted, but the day wasn't wasted: with two pools, a chairlift and at least two restaurants in the hotel, we had a really nice time at the hotel instead! The breakfast and dinner buffets are really nice, and if you're lucky (or patient) you can get a table by the window with a view over the mountains. We had a really comfortable stay! The hotel bus is also very useful.

EstoniaIf you like dogs and many kids, then it is the place for you. We didn’t like that. Also be aware that the all swimming pools on the photos are not included. Staff gave us wrong information, we walked the whole circle to get down there and were very disappointed that it wasn’t included as said by the staff. No english speaking service in the bar, and you couldn’t add it to your room bill. Had to pay immediately. Unfortunately everything closes at 22 so nothing to do there after that.
With a very nice view and nice clean room. Beautiful spa as well.

United KingdomWe have been visiting this hotel numerous times up to the 2020 just before the Covid lockdown. And now, since then, we have visited it again. The hotel has undergone some major refurbishments and it was absolutely needed. The rooms are very light and cosy and the style is just perfect for the amazing highlanders’ village. I have 9 out of 10 as some improvements / fixes are needed such as carpet that is split near the lifts for instance where I tripped over. Not an issue for me as we laughed it off but I guess it could just a matter of time when someone does the similar thing and will hurt themselves. Breakfast is absolutely perfect with so much choice that you’d have to be there for two weeks or longer to be able to try everything you want. I highly recommend this hotel despite some minor issues.

United KingdomThe view of the hotel from outside is nothing special but that didn’t matter at all as everything within the hotel was so good.
The location meant that the view over the town and up to the mountains was wonderful. We enjoyed using the pool and spa area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food in the à la carte restaurant was very good.

United StatesThe only thing I don't like and this is probably a European thing...But wash cloths are never provided in many European hotels that I've been in so far. Every now and then I forget to bring a wash cloth just in case; however, bath and hand towels are always provided.
I enjoyed the atmosphere which speaks for itself. Breakfast options were plentiful!

UkraineThe main hostess at restaurant was very agressive - one of my children didnt come for breakfast and we wanted to take a jogurt and a banana for him - she made a whole mess of out it not allowing to take products from the breakfast which was very unpleasant
Indeed a very good hotel with great facilities. Very good pool with dedicated kids area, great play room not only for the smallest one, nice fresh rooms. Breakfast was good and we also were paying extra for the dinner at the same restaurant which was well worth - excellent choice and great value for money. If you ski, everything can be arranged at the hotel and there is a slope with ski in/ski out.

HungaryAt times it felt a bit too much with all the kids and animals running arround, but there is possibiility to find some relaxing quiet spots too :)
Breakfast was amazing with so many differet choices of delicious food in all imaginable categories, buffet style. The nearby Polana Szymoszkowa cable car is directly accessible from the hotel entance for a convenient ski-out experience. There is also a fully equipped ski rental booth righ next to the hotelás entrance. The hotel is animal friendly, so lots of pets all around, and also family friendly with a huge in-house playground area suitable for children of all ages. The welness area is also very accommodating and fully equipped with all the essentials in a nice athmosphere.
