It was a most enjoyable stay. We don't have anything to criticise and will return.

Located in the main square of the Old Town. Room faced the square but sound insulation is very good and we were not disturbed at night with the window shut and aircon left on low. The room was comfortable. Very comfortable bed, good shower. Fridge and safe were useful. Lift to all floors. We were worried about parking but all went well - the map the hotel sent us was really useful. On the ground floor they have a pub/eatery with plenty of tables outside and in. We ate one evening and the food was well prepared. Our waitress, Julia, looked after us well and served with a smile even though the place was heaving with people. In fact we were impressed by all the staff who were always polite and welcoming. Breakfast is very good with a good selection. They have innocent looking buns that are actually filled with raspberry and custard. Forget the diet; they are heavenly. Highly recommend - for a mid-price stay in the heart of the city, I doubt one could do better.

It was an interesting concept of a restaurant and hotel. Looked lovely, but a little bit worn out. Bed linen should be replaced and carpets cleaned in rooms. We arrived late and check in details were given on time and easy to follow. We were also given a free upgrade for one room when requested although I offered to pay. The guy who gave us keys was from the restaurant and was very helpful and nice. The receptionists in the morning unfortunately were not and did not make a friendly impression at all. We needed some help to make a phonecall in polish(that we do not speak) as one of us lost a handbag and ID and creditcards in it, but were told that they have their own work to do and have no time to help. Effort of a phonecall was finally made with no answer and suggestion to write an e-mail to some Polish small willage restaurant was given that was no help at all. In general a nice place but would most definitely need to be reminded hospitality.

Somehow we ended up booked for one person and they only gave us one towel and one duvet. We paid for the extra person so we got breakfast, but we still only had a single duvet. Entering the rooms is a bit of a maze.

The location is absolutely in the center of the old town. Busy area but the rooms are at the back of the building so it is quiet. Very clean. Decent beds. We liked the place a lot.

I would note one little thing - be aware when booking room facing main square. It was very busy on Friday early morning with all lorries supplying restaurants and hotels. I recommend to close the window and use A/C or expect early start of the day.

Amazing location! In the old town and our room had a view to the square. The room was good size, and bed was comfortable. Liked little extras in the bathroom (there was a box with hairdryer, air plugs etc). Breakfast was good, you can additionally order omelette or eggs.

The location cannot be better, right on the old market square. Nice room with all comfort, full minibar and coffee/tee facilities. The breakfast buffet is nice, though it is a bit odd this is offered in the restaurant at the groundfloor that somehow works together with the hotel (also to reach the room, one has to go through the restaurant)

The hotel is located on the quieter side of the Old Town, a few minutes walk from the bus stop that connects Lublin with the train station. You can easily walk to all local attractions. The room has plenty of space for suitcases, a place to hang clothes, a nice size bathroom with a powerful, hot shower. The bed is large and comfortable enough. The hotel breakfast takes the form of a buffet where you can also order freshly made eggs. It has an excellent selection of meats, cheeses, veggies, great bread, cereal. The filter coffee is exceptional! The on-site restaurant is great and reasonably priced; there's also a café serving speciality coffee. All staff are friendly and customer-oriented. Highly recommended!

It might be just me but I couldn’t work out TV, it had no signal. Maybe a little instruction or manual in the room on how to make it work would be a good idea?

Pictures do not do the justice of how big and spacious the room was. The view of the main square was a bonus!
