Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The restaurant is much higher than expectation, worth a visit on its own. I suggest the delicious and well presented pork cheeks, but quality was already visible from the mixed salad served as entrèe. Culminated with chocolate fondant toped with mint ice-cream

It's very cozy and comfortable hotel with pretty friendly and supportive personal. The spa zone is exceptionally nice and clean. I'd recommend you to spend a couple of days here to take a rest.

There was no fridge or minibar in the room,we had an infant and baby food with us so we really needed it (and didn’t think there wouldn’t be one). Our fault for not checking beforehand but for a pretentious hotel like this it was really disappointing. No kettle either.
Nice amenities,the pool and the spa area. Breakfast was good with plenty of options

SPA is small and guests can be loud, especially on weekend evenings.

I had a window facing the atrium, noise from outside. The second day the wifi went out completely.
The hotel is easy to find, location near the ce stadium. Plenty of space for parking. Friendly staff. Large clean room, large work desk, perfect for business trips. Strong wifi, unfortunately only one day. Wellness included. Good breakfast.

Sleeping quality: mattress. Two singles merged together & foam sheet on top can be barely called a proper king-size. Room: a bit old-fashioned, especially bathroom. Towels: in reasonable condition, but could be larger.
Location: 160-170 Zl from KTW or 60-70 Zl from downtown by well-recognized budget taxi service ;) . Paprocańskie Lake is just in few bus stops from the hotel, so there is a great chance to have a walk & enjoy a wonderful views, Breakfast: absolutely fantastic! Variety & quality of the food is amazing! SPA: cedar sauna was great! Not really crowded (at least at a time of attendance), neat & clean, English speaking staff. Room: clean & tidy. Sleeping quality: (very subjective opinion) pillows suited to me perfectly, especially the small one. (It was so touching! I recalled my childhood)

Personnel at reception did not work very friendly and some waiters in restaurant as well. Shower in bathroom is fixed to the wall and it is not practical.
Arena hotel is very nice hotel i used for stay in my Business trip. Comfortable room, tv with internet and good restaurant. Breakfast contains many kinds of food and diner was very tasty as well.

the room fit out doesn't reflect the nice and new fit out of the common areas and wellness - its seemed outdated and a little tired; the room didn't have an AC, just a fan;
The spa and wellness area was really big, nicely fitted out and offered lot of relaxation The restaurant and breakfast were excellent variety and quality;

- very good for long stay with using spa and all possible facilities, but for us as for one night was expensive - no fridge in room - need some carpet in bathroom, because of slippery floor - no elevator ( hard to move all suitcases to the 3rd floor)
- clean apartment - VERY good bathroom - there are shower and bath and bidet - so comfortable for family - breakfast is included, has nice variety of food - parking on the hotel territory if free - nice and friendly staff on reception - comfortable bed/cushions/blankets
