    If anything ,lift would be good idea if apartments are located on upper floor

    Not recommended for big families where more than one unit is required you will find unit fare from each other and in different buildings. Not recommended for summer as although it is mentioned they have AC out of four units we rented only one had an AC only in the living room and if you open the windows at night to get some air you will wake-up with insects all around as they don’t have insects screen on the windows. Keys are to be collected from different place Direction is not complete they didn’t give us the exact building number we have to guess the access to the building is gated and they didn’t provide any instructions on how we can get in we had to figure it out by our self as their customer service person doesn’t respond We got the wrong keys as they deposit our keys very late like 15 minutes before the checkin time although the keys are to be collected from different location and when we wanted to clarify we received no response from their customer care on WhatsApp and not response on their hot line. One of the appartments didn’t have heated water as their water heating system wasn’t working we had to take a shower with freezing water. The buildings are comprised of 4 floors with no elevator if you have heavy luggage you will have to carry them on the stairs all the way up like we did. We booked for five nights they didn’t provide enough toilet paper garbage bags or dishwasher detergents. Out of four units only two had internet connection. They didn’t provide extra bedding staff although we booked for 3 people in each apartment. The process of paying tax and deposit was not easy I paid deposit 5 times instead of four as their system is confusing. For the parking gate every time you come in or out with the car you have to go down to open the gate using hidden button that we discovered after one hour by chance when we saw other people doing it as the remotes they provided with the keys are not working

    It Was generally clean except for the cutlery were dirty and greasy I had to wash allover.
