I liked being given the code to the door and key box meaning I could arrive when convenient for me and didn't have to interact with other people.

The area was a little difficult to find as there were several apartment blocks in the area. A map could have been very useful just to make it a bit easier. The car park situation was also unclear and should be made on the listing that it is dependant on availability and isn't designated as part of the apartment. We found the last spot which was also hard to find (no response to my text asking about parking instructions and over the phone was quite vague), and made it stressful to leave in case we came back and there was no parking spots left.

Location is perfect!!! I can really recommend it. If you arrive by car. Behind the building is free parking.

344 / 5 000 Old towels that are more for rubbing the skin than drying. Poor communication with the property representative. I reported several issues, and he promised to come, but he never showed up. The balcony barrier was broken, so I couldn't open the door for fear someone might enter my room. The refrigerator was very difficult to open.

Cland and reasonably well appointed apartment with useful shared laundry facilities. Location is quiet and safe and maybe 15 minute walk to the main centre and sights.

Check in details were only sent at last minute after two reminders/requests. No batteries in the TV remote so TV couldn't be used

Good location.

The apartment is divided into four small units, furnished with very cheap and worn-out furniture. When we arrived, there was a strange smell inside. The shower drain was clogged (although the staff quickly sent a repairman). The sofa is extremely uncomfortable for sleeping. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom, and no shampoo provided. Some light fixtures do not work. The door handle to the room is falling off. Overall, the apartment feels poorly maintained, with the cheapest possible materials and furniture used. Some items feel so fragile that you are afraid to touch them. This significantly spoiled the overall impression of the stay. I do not recommend staying here.

Excellent place quiet and easy access to the centre.

The house has everything you need to cook your own food and everything works well! The owners are very available for any requests like very late check ins and they also provided us with a taxi driver from the airport to the house. Very recommended!! Thank you

It was very good, but apartment doesn’t have enough ventilation so it was very humid. And another thing, The bottom of the bed was falling down if you sit on the bed. Just a bit annoying to fix it several times a day.

I give the flat a physical rating of 8 because it is close to old town, bus and tram stops and supermarket. It is in a quiet suburban area, has secure Wifi, a good kitchenette, plenty of hot water, access to shared laundry and an elevator.

I give the flat a management rating of 2 because they were reluctant to share any information until checkin. It appears the flat is owned/managed by a company so no personal touches. I wanted some clarity about checkin in advance to avoid the need to solve problems after a tiring journey (the building has over 230 apartments and 7 entrances). The only response I kept getting was 'you will be advised on checkin day'. They had my money, which was not refundable, so a little courtesy would have been nice. Being company run, I guess they don't care. As it turned out the locaton was confusing as the flat is within an apartment so need building entrance code, key to apartment and key to the flat. And I had to go from entrance to entrance to find the correct one! Some minor issues with the flat include window curtains are too light (so can't sleep before 9pm or after 5am without wearing an eye mask), lack of decent hooks to hang things, shower screen kept jumping off its rails, and lack of usable power points to charge devices.

Great location and value for money accommodation. Hosts allowed us to store our luggage past the check out time before we had to leave for another city in Poland later in the day. This was much appreciated, as we were able to visit Malbork Castle without dragging our luggage along with us.
