Very clean and comfy place for a stay in Krakow. We've got all the amenities we needed to make it a pleasant rest break in the very heart of the city.

Staff weren't very responsive much, it was 2 hours before our check in and still no check in instructions. Many messages on booking to them with no response. we ended up calling them on the number provided to get a response. Everything else was great.

The location was amazing!!! In the heart of the city. The apartment was nice and clean.

The one bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was terrible and the two people sleeping on that bed had a problem with their backs eveyday. The bed mattress should be immediately changed!!

The apartment was very clean very well equipped for a family of 6. The location was fantastic close to all shops, main square, mall.

Perfect location, only a few minutes walk from the train station Kraków Główny and good access to the airport. Rynek is just at the end of the street. Floriańska street is within the busy area but you can't hear the noises from the streets. We really enjoyed our stay.

Difficult to open the gate on the stairs to enter and exit the apartment from evening until the morning. The lock is stiff.

Large apartment in s central location

Non-stop noise from 7am till 8:50am on Saturday because somebody was cleaning the restaurant's terrase with a water power wash under the window of the apartment. The windows are absolutely not soundproof. Apart from that, it was quiet enough at night. Wifi was very slow, practically unusable.

Shower was good. Comfortable bed. Possibility of late check-in. Kitchen utensils, kettle available, fridge. Enough storage space.

The staff did not respond to my messages through the booking.com app or WhatsApp. The only way to get in contact is through the phone.

Location was excellent, close to Rynek, though a bit hard to find.

No A/C and busy traffic at night blowing in smokers air into the room.

The location was great, near everything really and the beds were surprisingly comfortable, the only bad thing is there’s no AC (but appreciated that there was a fan) but had a fan that was providing fresh air into The apartment but was woken up at night coughing due to the smokers outside. So if that doesn’t bother you 10/10 recommend.

Very clean and great location close to the main square and shops. Communication with the owner was good and there were lock boxes outside the room for suitcases once you've checked out. Overall I would highly recommend it..

Rather noisy up to 23:00 hours and early morning from 05:00 hours. Rather hot in the bedrooms as unable to open the windows due to noises.A fan in each room during the summer months would be helpful.

All was good. The apartments are almost in the historical city center (approximately 100 meters to the central square), so many restaurants, bars, and shops are around. 3 separate bedrooms for a big company. Description and photos are actual. I recommend.

The studio is located on the most famous and beautiful street in Krakow, the one that leads directly to the heart of the city, Mariacki Square. It is very clean, elegantly furnished and beautifully decorated.

The apartment is spacious, perfect for a large family. It could not be more convenient in terms of location - it is right in the city centre literally 2 minutes from the main square. The host is responsive and helpful, check in and check out was easy. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and we will definitely stay there again!

Quite basic and dull inside due to the trees not letting the natural light in. No oven or microwave. No separate lounge area to relax as a group (just one sofa bed inside one of the bedrooms). Thin curtains in all bedrooms. No black out option. Shower leaked.

The location was perfect! They allowed flexible check in, check out and let you leave your luggage. The staff were friendly and great at answering my questions on the phone when I rang. Provided tea and coffee.

Wonderful location! A great time-saver — you’re staying right in the Old Town, with plenty of shops nearby and a 24-hour McDonald's just across the street. Highly recommended — an excellent base for exploring Kraków! Close to the Main Square and the museum that houses a painting by Da Vinci.
