The owner asked us to tell when the guests will arrive on Whatsapp. I did it. Then asked me again in e-mail, plus, asked me: "We have a lot of cleanup tomorrow?" - I replied them that I hope the apartment will be clean, and it is not me who should tell you how to do the cleaning. Before checking out they messaged me: "Tell please exact hour of check out, to meet and check the apartment. (max 11.00 hours) I don't want you to wait for me." - I asked why they want to meet us and why cannot we leave the keys in the box. He replied: just leave the keys in the box. So... they want messages both in mail and via whatsapp. And they send a lot of misleading automatic messages - and when I reply on them, they are surprised!

Price and location are great. Cosy little appartment. Well equipped.

There was a musty smell when we arrived like kind of greasy. We left the window open for most of the night to get rid of it. It was on the fourth floor and there was no lift which wasn't an issue for us except when checking in and out with our luggage. You could hear next door at all times so walls were quite thin, although they weren't overly loud we could hear them at random time of the night.

The location was great. I found the sofa more comfortable than the beds. The beds were quite low on the ground due to space. The pillows were quite worn out or cheap opposite of Premier inn type pillows. Had all the amenities you would need, although we didn't cook it did have everything you would've needed if you had.

The apartment is on the top floor. No elevator. If you have troubles with stairs I would not recommend this place. Plus the main bed is upstairs. The apartment was cold at night.

It`s a central location in Old Town o Krakow. Very quiet area, the same as the apartment and neighborhood. I recommend this apartment to families.

The apartment is very small, even for 2 people. 3m by 3.5m - is its entire size, including the kitchen. The bathroom is large, although the shower stall is so small that a full person will not fit in it. There is nowhere to even put soap in the shower stall. 1 small roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 4!!! days. The apartment itself is in the yard, next to garbage bins that are constantly being moved. There are a lot of small flies in the apartment. There is nowhere to put bags and suitcases except in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang washed clothes. The courtyard near the entrance to the apartment is littered with pigeons that live above the apartment and do not let you sleep early in the morning. The only plus is a great area, next to the old city center. The apartment, although renovated, I would never want to move into it again. The price is clearly too high for this apartment!!!!((((

The room and the view is beautiful. Emma is lovely and very helpful. I loved the open view on the mountains and also there was free pool table, hockey table and table football. I will definitely come back here.

1. Sofabed, the gaps on the sofabed made it hard to fell asleep, a thin mattress can easily solve this, suggest to invest one. 2. WIFI, really slow, and when I asked the customer service about it, I was kind of questioned on what kind of WIFI I need. (hope this caused by language barriers) 3. Privacy (people stand infront of your window smoke and talk)

At least a body wash should have been given. We didn't bring anything thought we would get. In other places, we got all this stuff. We are coming from so sar to see these places but no facilities so that why disappointed. .

Very tiny room, not comfortable for 5 family members. We have to go last floor by staris. We had to climb 90 odd steps. It was very tough for my mom to climb, I should had checked before booking. There is no lift.

The apartment is situated in the courtyard with very little daylight and privacy. Its dirty, old and nit well maintained. The facilities are outdated, an ancient shower, a hairdryer that worked only 30 sec, stained mattress with a big hole in the bed. Kitchen equipment is basic as well. The electric wires stick out of the walls and the socket was half pulled out. The place is just a disaster and it really affected badly our whole stay in Cracow.

The apartment on Starowislna Street was pretty spacious and the location is convenient, close to the shopping centre and the city centre.

refrigerator made very loud sounds. Shower is horrible! Need to hold the shower head whole time. Shower head is off centre and not properly placed. Also apartment had broken pan handle and we are 3 people. Very hard to make eggs in the morning with broken pan handle. The place said it included soap. But only hand soap and one bottle of 3-1 men soap was provided.
