The floors were wet when we arrived even though we let them know our time of arrival (check in from 3pm, and we checked in later than 4pm). We only got 2 towels and we were family of 4. They promised to provide us with the towels next morning but we didn't get them. And we were there only for a night.

The apartment is nice. Big enough for 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The instructions how to get into apartment were good. The position is very good. Really near the city centre.

There were only 2 bathroom towels for 3 people. After asking the reception for one more, they said they are waiting for laundry and the cleaning lady will give us one more 2 days later, after we received nothing, we asked the cleaning lady and she said "talk to reception" We left it at that, but this is absurd. Also the pictures provided are nothing like the room we got. Totally different apartment . Other than that, it was clean and very close to the city center.

The apartment door did not stay shut unless you lock it. Also the apartment door and the bathroom door had signs of breaking in which was not pleasant at all. Maybe this was only the apartment we stayed in (3rd floor) but overall it did not feel safe. The sofa in the living room was broken, which made it impossible to sleep on (the middle of the sofa had a huge pit). The amenities were not good - no coffee, sugar or tea, no towels, no bed sheet for the sofa - although the bed sheet was provided after we asked twice). We also used the washing machine, which started smelling like fish after about 10 minutes of working. The parking was definitely the worst part - NOT SUITABLE FOR REGULAR OR LOWERED CARS. I feel like you could only enter the underground parking with an SUV. Because we had 2 lowered cars, we scraped the entire cars floor, the bumpers and the front lips of the cars which was horrible. Definitely do not recommend if you’re planning on staying for more than 1 night.

The location of the property was great. Close to the city centre which was nice. The staff at the reception were very kind!

There is a kitchen which is almost unusable, just a few dishes, no pot, only small pan. I have never seen so poor equipped kitchen in rentable apartments. One of the reasons we are choosing apartments over hotel rooms is an ability to cook for our kids so it was a disappointment. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. No even hand towels or floor towel. Receptionist said we can ask for more towels only tomorrow but we came for 1 night stay only. I think both things are simple to fix to make this apartment perfect.

Perfect location, 10 mins from the Railway station, 1 min from the park and 3 mins from the old town. Very spacious, clean, good renovation. 24 hours reception desc.

Towels were dirty on arrival - some rooms didn’t have enough for the amount of people in them and we struggled to get clean ones. One person was telling us it was no problem and when we were going to collect them they didn’t want to give us them

The property didn’t look at all like the pictures online. It was much older and more basic . For three days there were only two towels including using one for a shower mat that left one towel.

The apartment is drab and poorly equipped. There is no bathmat and minimal kitchen equipment.

The location between the train station and the old town is excellent.

Lack of microwave in the kitchen. Sofa bed comfortably enough, however old and falling apart, due to change.

Very convenient to have areception downstairs, open most of the time. Staff really helpful, always smiling and never problem to attent eny enquiries. Rooms specious, great access to the higher apartments with the lift. Air conditioning working great. Comfortable shower with good water pressure.

The apartment is poor equipped. Furniture is old and some of them is even broken or not clean (sofa). Even floor cover was broken is some locations and even part of ceiling luminaire was crashed. Photos of the apartment in advertisement looks many times better than it is in the real world.

Location of apartment is perfect, very easy to find, also underground car parking (extra charge) is very convenient.

Great location just 8 minutes to the rynek city centre. Apartment was good, but quite different from the photos( it’s not as fancy as on photos, with different furniture). Couch is begging to be cleaned ( was spotted and dirty), facilities are very good but adding some pots would be great. Also cot was provided free, but without mattress. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you stay for a week fre cleaning service is provided free

In general, the stay was okay but the hotel was not what we expected. The room we got differed a lot from the pictures of the one we booked (The style was different and the bathroom was very small). The kitchen in the room lacked basic utensils (even the kettle to make some tea was absent). The staff was very nice, we got our keys very fast, but on the way to the room we passed by twenty ikea bags filled with bedding and towels, which to be honest, was a bit shocking. The hotel was generally clean, but it did not meet our expectations at all.
