Apartament was booked for 3 people but just 1 towel left in the bathroom. I asked at the reception for more towels and recieved 1 more. Pillows not comfy at all.

Excellent location, 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to old town. Shops, and big choice of restaurants just around the corner.

1 towel for 4 persons isn't ok. The answer was the towels will come tomorrow. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. The girl in the reception was new and didn't know anything and was very nervous. She couldn't comment parking places and said her shift will end soon. WiFi code should be in the room, info was in reception. The apartment wasn't the same as in the pictures. Only 1 picture about my apartment. The pictures were better than real place. Didn't get what I expected.

The reception staff are not nice. We only had two towels, when we asked for more, they didn't have... one of the windows had no curtains, and the next building was very close. They didn't provide body wash or even towel paper, which is always nice. The photos in the advertisement look much better than the reality but we've what we paid for.

The location and price were good, the studio was big.

They laying about parking, there is no parking, complicated codes and instruction to open door. . Not easy to see them, drunk lady opening front door by kick. Calling them and finding location was not easy and no one help me to find parking.

It didn't look like in the photos ... Most of the rooms look a bit more basic not like in the photos, less stylish I would say. But it's basic okay

Sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Adequate for a couple of nights, but I longer stay would have been difficult.

Good location close to town square and beside a decent shopping mall. Easy access to public transport. Warm and comfortable for a couple of nights.

The check in process was very messy and I dont recommend it for bigger families with huge luggages

Comfortable stay with plenty of space. Location is central enough and near major transportation and a short walk to old town. The apartment is very clean and very quiet which suits us who value good night of sleep.

Only 1 towel each need more towels. Toilet roll just about lasted so more toilet roll needed No shampoo etc

Sent on a merry go round having to pick keys up from another hotel and could not entre apartment till bang on 3 am the very next day .15 hours later Not happy with booking .com booked Dreams for you apartment booked and nobody there to meet us at 11:30 pm could not get in, nobody answering calls, or emails and was stranded in the streets of Poland with a 13 year old. Booking.com not concerned by this customer service diabolical, not answering long waits, not listening to us. expected to wait 15 hours for them to book us into this place , despite saying we needed it at that moment as was stranded in Poland

Great location, spaceous apartment. Close to the downtown. Great air inside, unlike in many other Polish flats where I have stayed. Would recommend and will come back for sure.

Some furniture need to be renovated (chipped surface, falling apart wall frames ), leaking shower handle, unstable sink faucet in the bathroom etc.

Staff is a hit and miss in relation to their customer care/service: very cold and when asked if we could leave our luggage before check-in, our request was denied due to not having that type of service, however, during our stay we noticed the reception was being used to store luggage - go figure! The kitchen although has room for it, is sparsely furnished with equipment to cook. Don’t plan to bake/cook anything with the oven in 602 as I think management has replaced the handle to turn the oven on - go figure?!? We also paid full price for an apartment which had a dishwasher, but didn’t work…no smart tv available, and it is very small and far from the lounge

Location in proximity to the old town and public transportation. The apartment is well kept and nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is functional and clean.
