How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

I highly recommend. The apartment is new, cozy, fresh and nice furnished. Also it is very clean, tidy, white bedding 👍 Very good and comfortable location. Very nice and helpful host, I received recommendations and necessary information. There is a parking space in the underground garage, an elevator.

The two-storey garage is a bit of a labyrinth and getting there by car is a bit of a challenge. But the host tries to make it easy and sends detailed instructions in advance, including videos.
Brand new, spacious, modern furnished apartment with nice balcony. The furnishings and appearance exactly matched the photos, the cleanliness was perfect. However, what I really have to highlight is the kitchen and bathroom facilities. There was absolutely everything you need when travelling with family and in more than sufficient quantity even for a longer stay. There was also plenty of coffee, tea and various other things needed for preparing meals in the kitchen. There was a large number of tablets for the dishwasher and also capsules for laundry. We really felt at home in the apartment.

Perfect location, old town could be reached on foot. Really big and full equipped kitchen. Free parking space. Sauna directly at apartment. Everything was clean. Very kind host, gave many suggestions for places to visit.

Excellent location and a fantastic apartment. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and it was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. What impressed us the most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the host. We received clear and detailed instructions about where to park and how to collect the keys, which made everything smooth and easy. If we ever come back to Wroclaw, we’ll definitely stay here again! This was by far my best experience booking an apartment online - everything exceeded our expectations.

Everything was great
The apartment is brand new and is beautifully decorated. It has everything that you need for a pleasant stay. The owner was very helpful. The tram stops right next door. I highly recommend this apartment.

We would have loved to stay here longer! Unfortunately it's a bit tricky to get into the parking lot when the car park is full.
a modern, clean and cosy Apartment, from the Balkons you've got a nice View in the Odra River, downstairs are a few Stores nearby and it's a approximately 20min walk to the city's Center. The Host was very kind and helpful, we had a fantastic time there!

The apartment is new, perfectly furnished, clean and very comfortable. We received very detailed and helpful instructions for access to the place and also useful tourist information from the apartment owner. The parking lot is underground, clean and easy to access. We will definitely come back to this place again.
