The parking was in the garage. It was difficult for inexperienced driver to get in and out as the passage was very narrow and it went down sharply. If the parking is full you even need to work hard to put the car in the right spot as the garage is not spacious. If you come with a car you just take into consideration this.

There is not enough shower gel, and you should pay attention to the directions very carefully because the entrance can be confusing.

Very clean, a full apartment ideal for 1 or 2 persons. The location is about 20 mins walk to the old town. And if you are coming by train from the airport is cery very convenient only 5 mins walk from the train station.

You have to take tram (1 line) or bus (1 line/hour) to go to old town. If not, you have to walk 25-30 minutes to old town center.

We were a couple with two kids so the size was good but would not recommend it for 4 adults, as the sofa bed is not very comfortable if you are staying many nights.

The location was amazing. Really close to the historical area and the central station. There is a mall 5 minutes away, with 2 supermarkets, very convenient. The apartment is very beautiful and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with the first room where the TV was not working but this was promptly addressed and a new room was given to us shortly after.

Great location, easy to walk to town. Tram stop next to the property. There Is also a ticket machine there so you don't need to worry if you don't have a ticket, coffee shop at the corner of the property, a shop at the back, and everything is accessible. Very nice staff at reception as well.

We would have loved to have been provided with a toaster and a corkscrew, but contented with everything that was there.

This was one of the most comfortable apartments in which we've stayed. Spacious and modern, very light and an easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. A big Delicatessy close by and an interesting street view. I'd be happy to return to Krakow and to this accommodation. No noise from neighbouring apartments!

One of the best apts I have ever stayed in. Warm, bright and clea, with all the necessary equipment 2-3 persons. Excellent communication both in person and via Whatsapp. Highly recommended if you are ok with walking 10 mins to the main square.

There could be at least some one-time slippers available, as we were not prepared in ways of having our own for the stay. That would definitely be a plus overall!

We had a great time in the InPoint apartment! It was a very beautiful apartment, at 5 minutes by the city centre and around was everything, from shops, cafee and restaurants! Only two things: we asked if they could do the sofa bed and at our arrival it was not made (we used some blankets from the upstairs bed) and there was a booger on the wall beside the bed upstairs... nothing tragic by the way! We will definitely return!

Home from home. So clean, comfortable beds, a nice bath after a long day walking. The cinema screen was excellent, we felt like we were at the movies. I was with my son for his birthday and he loved it. The decorations in the room that you arranged for me were also amazing. Also all toiletries were a bonus as we inly brought hand luggage.. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable with a crumpled mattress topper which did nothing to help the thin aging mattress to become suitable for more than a night or two.. four nights was a stretch..

Reception staff were friendly and check in was easy, apartment was clean and well equipped, not too far from train station and close to shops and Old Town.. there was also a maintenance problem which was attended to promptly. The bed was the only negative.. I left something there and one of the staff rang me to notify me and then offered to post it to me.. I appreciated his kindness very much.
