Balcony wasn't big enough for even a chair, but there was a little step so enough room for 1 to sit with a cup of coffee and people watch.

Fantastic location both for travel to/ from the airport and for exploring Poznań. Comfortable room with everything needed for a few day's stay. Great communication with the owners and they were most helpful.

We loved the location and the decor. The apartment was quite spacious and close to the main square. The host was fantastic. Very responsive and sent very clear instructions how to get in and out of the apartment.

I was unaware that the balcony was shared...which meant a clear view into the apartment if the curtains are open.

Excellent location. The room is modern and clean. Excellent, prompt communication.

There was a lot of light coming in at night from excessive street lighting. Also, it seemed only one window had shades to help with this. Since the apartment was on a larger street, it was quite noisy at night and it was not really possible to keep the windows open, particularly since some considerate drivers appeared to use the street as a late night racing track.

Super clean, good light, comfortable bed, great layout, everything very new and well-designed.

It would have been nice to have space to sit on the balcony - the apartment we had didn’t have space, but the one next door did. I didn’t see this difference on the booking information when I was looking at each apartment so it would have been helpful for this to be highlighted.

The location was ideal - it was a short walk into the main square and an easy pick up point for taxi’s further afield. The property looks great and was clean. it had everything we needed to make for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and accommodating.

Balcony was for two apartment, it means 1 flat, which was divided on two apartments, so balcony was too tiny. I ordered apartment for 3 people, two adult and one kid, we must to sleep on one bed... maybe it was mistake by booking which found this accommodation, maybe not. And bed so soft. But how I mentioned for few days to visti Poznan, very nice place and accommodating owner.

Clean, near to town, nice apartment. Very good owner, when I wrote something he responded very fast.

Nothing that I would call a problem I'm not a clever person, perhaps putting instructions for using the microwave and TV would be a good idea 😀 It took a while to connect to the WiFi as it was written in the instruction sheet to type in capital but it had to be typed in lower case. Hopefully this can make it easier for the next guest Thank you for providing a beautiful apartment 🙏

Absolutely lovely place!! Spotlessly clean I would stay there again if I get the opportunity The taxi driver bumped me off though, Google said the cost of taxi from Central train station was 13 to 17 zloty but he charged me 50 zloty He was very aggressive when I complained!! I forgot about the ruthless taxi driver as soon as I got into the apartment 👍👌

The noise level is a bit much for my taste, but this is due to a central location next to a busy street. As the apartment is a detached room of a bigger flat, I could hear the guests from the other apartment that my room shared the corridor and the balcony. The mattress is rather soft. The toilet seat was moving.

The location is great, everything is in a short walking distance. Getting in to the apartment was done through codes, it was easy and comfortable. The host was super communicative, kind and flexible with earlier check-in. If you don’t want to cook, and you stay for a night or two, it’s a sufficient place to stay.

shower basic leaked out to the whole bathroom. shower gel watered down. tv didn’t work, I was told to watch some YouTube. when asked how to turn it on, I was told “normally”. dirt and stains in many areas. light switch broken and dangerous. not worths this money.
