How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The only thing which is minor, was the noise from the pipe in cupboard above cooker.
The apartment was absolutely amazing, as another reviewer said, you wouldn't want to leave. Like a show apartment, the attention to detail was over and above ...the welcome gift and even fresh flowers and the scent in the apartment gorgeous. Highly recommend. Quiet area and close to everything. Stunning apartment. Even ice cubes in the freezer ..to a mixer ...set of scales ..everything thought of.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Almost so good you did not need to venture outside 😅 Beautiful interior, and perfect location. Quiet in the evening/night and just a few minutes to old town. My best apartment stay ever! And I've been travelling for 30some years ❣️

I loved everything.
Incredible location and very clean. Having a morning coffee on the balcony was bliss & the bed was incredibly comfy! I travelled solo and felt very safe in this area.

The apartment was very cozy and just a 10-minute walk to city center attractions. It was clean, all needed essentials to cook. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was really clean, everything was though out to the little details so we felt really welcomed and had a great stay. The apartment is close to the old town, and there is a food store close by. We enjoyed our stay here:)

There wasn’t a thing we didn’t like!
The property was wonderful. I booked this as a surprise for my partners birthday and he was so happy with it. The apartment was in a brilliant location and had everything in it that we needed and more! The owner was so helpful and ensured we had everything we needed to check in smoothly and made sure we knew how to contact if there was anything else we needed. The cleanliness of the apartment was a 10/10 and we couldn’t recommend staying here anymore! We’d be delighted to return ☺️

Directly below is the rental apartment of Central Apartments, whose residents party loudly throughout the night. The host did not react to the news about the problematic neighbors in any way. I admit I felt let down. However, I would book the apartment again and I recommend it to everyone because it is first class. You can't always have bad luck with your neighbors.
The apartment is very cozy, well-maintained and personal. I really love it and the view from the windows. The welcome gift was wine. Everything in the apartment was as good as you could hope for.

Maybe a little manual tu use the coffee machine. It was a pretty nice coffee machine, but it took as a while and some youtube videos to understand how to use it.
Firstly, the house was easy to access with good indications. When we entered we found a fully equipped place, with verything you could need, plenty of cups, coffee/tea, plenty of plates, nice coffee machine... House was clean and nicely decorated, they even left us some wine and some chocolates and a face mask that we enjoyed while relaxing there. Dedfinitely recommended.

The bed was too small for 2 people, but it is very individual so actually nothing to add more :) everything was great.
Everything - very cozy, clean, close to the old town, nice interior. Host thinks about the details, you can found everything you need in the apartment :)

perfect little apartment in a great location. They thought of every little detail. A nice welcome gift was waiting for us that was so nice. we loved our stay and will recommend it to all our friends. it was super clean, and everything that you could possibly need was in the apartment, well equipped kitchen, sanitary products and so on. i have nothing negative to say, it was just perfect 10000% reccomend❤️

Only down side is the size of the double bed. I was with my adult daughter so I slept on a very comfortable bed/sofa. Anyone used to sleeping in a king-size would struggle. Not a problem though.
What a lovely apartment, clean , stylish. Everything you need for a few nights away from home. Great location. Very pleased with our choice.

Well located. Beautiful apartment. Within easy walking distance of old town . Good communication with host . Straightforward access. Lovely bottle of wine on arrival . Can highly recommend 😊
