Slowest wifi I've seen in years, less than 1 Mbps. Thankfully a 5G signal at 900 Mb is available in that area. first use of the shower the hot water took forever to come on, to the point I thought it was broken. second shower however it came on much quicker.

Secure Parking was a great addition especially with a motorcycle. staff were pleasant and rooms were clean.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are direct trams and buses to all parts of the city like Stare Miasto, Kazimierz or Stare Podgórze. Very convenient to visit the main attractions of the city. Additionally, Staff of the hotel is very friendly and caring.

The hotel was renovated a long time ago. The plumbing is already old and cracked. Breakfast too modest. To wait for hot water, you need to drain it for a long time.

Free safe parking for cars. Friendly staff. We received permission to leave a car after the check-out time.

We arrived late, after the official checkin time but it was not a problem, the hotel staff came to meet us and let us in. Breakfast was of broad selection and pretty good quality. All the hotel staff members were very nice and helpful. We had a very nice stay overall.

We come to accommodation after longer journey. Parking was free behind accommodation. In the room was prepared bottles with water. Room was clean. The beds were ok. Breakfast was good.

We choose hotel for it's location, free parking space and good price - get everything that we wanted. Location was in nice neighborhood of Krakow near the city center and main attractions, our car was safely parked in closed yard and we did get a quiet night stay at the last moment and good breakfast for good price.

When we arrived, the room wasn't 100% clean. Throughout our stay, the room wasn't cleaned at all for three days, and there was no place to throw garbage since we had a child. The shower head isn't adjustable, and the water sprays towards the wall instead of downwards.

The room very dated, bed uncomfortable, bathroom very old and shower head not in position, need to hold it while showering, WiFi dropped every second, not clean.

It seemed like staff was responsible for lot of different tasks in the same time. Sometimes during the breakfast coffee or milk was missing and we needed to knock on the door to ask for it (but not always was person available or heard the knock)…

The staff was very nice and very helpful. Nothing we asked about was a problem. The location is walking distance from the city center. Room was very clean. The breakfast had lot of varieties.
