Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe family room was very noisy as right next to the loading dock and smoking area, so the room was always smelling of smoke. It did not have air conditioning and was not of grade to what I was expecting. There were stains on the floor and when comparing the room to the other single we booked the family room was in serious need of upgrade. Parking was also problematic as the hotel had limited spaces and on the street was limited too.
Location, food and swimming pool were all great.

United KingdomWe were there with two granddaughters and had a room for four. Extra bed (folding sofa) was quite uncomfortable and creaky when moved.
Very good location, close to the beach, with a wide selection of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the hotel itself is in a nice, well-maintained building.

PolandThere are 2 connected buildings with different rooms.
Location is excellent. Staff is helpful and nice. Good choice of different food for breakfast (might be crowded, the hotel is quite big - but even 15 mins to the end of the breakfast everything is available). Saunas, swimming pool - comfortable and relaxing.

PolandThe receptionist had a hostile attitude towards my parents because they were speaking Russian. They are not from Russia though and they also perfectly speak Polish. She treated other guests in a friendly manner, therefore I assume it was about the language. My parents felt as unwelcome guests.

GermanyThe sauna doesn’t function so they shouldn’t advertise something that doesn’t work! Requested a baby cot which I didn’t get, but rather got a foldable bed which wasn’t for a two year old child (risk of falling). My husband slept on this foldable, uncomfortable bed and felt like it was a jail bed. I didn’t read about the parking fee on booking and was surprised on checkout that we had to pay 20€ for the parking which was not a problem at all, BUT the receptionist was sooo what from unfriendly and raised her tone of voice just because I asked about the fee. Not even a thank you or good bye, appalling service from the red headed female employee!
The place was clean.

We were 4 adults (parents with 2 children), and we were given quite a large room with one double bed and one sleeping sofa. The beds were big enough. We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The hotel is located on the promenade, the more calm part of it. So the surrounding area is calm. There was a kettle, coffee, tea, and a small fridge in our room. The room was clean. Breakfasts were rich, and they changed the breakfast menu every day. So, you can taste something new every day. There was a wide selection of vegetables, salats, cheese, ham...and eggs, and there was always something sweet (donuts or cakes or pancakes) to have with coffee. There are two dining rooms so you can always find a free and clean table. The dining room downstairs has better coffee and juice quality. Even though we were late for breakfast one day, there were still all meals available. Swimming pool. The pool is not large, but with an against- stream, you can swim at one point for a long time. There are some masage streams, too. We were there twice, and the pool was not crowded. We went there at 11 am and were nearly alone there. The steam sauna is open 17-21:00. We didn't try it. Finnish sauna was out of order. Watter in the pool was mild-warm and clear. The staff was friendly. Some of them can not speak English, just Polish or German. The position of the hotel is top. Near to the promenade, beach, shops, restaurants but at the same time in a calm place. We visited baltic aquapark too. Everything is within walking distance. Parking - the amount of hotel P lots is limited. It costs 80pln per day. We wanted to secure us a P lot, so we ordered 4 days P lot for 100pln per day on the P place, which takes place 30m from the hotel (across the road from the hotel). The promenade has two lines. The first offers entrainment, music, artists, plenty shops with food, drinks, souvenirs... the second (nearer to the beach) is more calm.

UkraineThe first day of the holiday started with dinner. We were charged 70 PLN per person. In the programme and price list it was 65. I had to talk to them and explain that it was a violation of the law to get my money back. Old people also pay not according to the price. To play billiards you need cash only. I had to go to an ATM. They wouldn't give me a cheque. The food is not the best. Neither is the coffee. Coffee is only for breakfast.
It was clean and close to the sea.

SwedenNo parking places available - perhaps due to the fact that it is a very large hotel (despite the look outside), with only few parking spots. No wifi signal in the room, common area nor breakfast/dining room and very poor cellular signal
Location can't be better - almost at the sea and just on the edge if main promenade. Close enough to be part of it, but not to feel like on a dance floor.
