Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainExtremely Disappointed – Nothing Like the Pictures. I am very disappointed with my stay at this property. The room looked completely different from what was shown in the pictures on Booking.com – misleading and inaccurate. The staff were unprofessional, and the room had a persistent bad smell that made it very uncomfortable even I brought that with my clothes. The overall condition of the place was unacceptable and far below the basic standards expected. not recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant or hassle-free stay.

PolandNo service at all, you are just sent an instruction on how to get there and a pin to pick your own keys, which I think is a scam because I went there with a 10 years old child and looked for the place but I wouldn't find the hostel. I also called the service but no one picked the call. Guys with alcohol all around and during night it's so dark. I feared for my own life and refused to stay there with a 10 years old child. I ran away from there! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY A SCAM AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND for your own safety.
The location is terrible and horrifying, people drinking alcohol everywhere and I was with a 10 years old child. I searched for the room and wouldn't find it, I called their phone number no one picked and I ended up running away from there because I was so scared that some drank guy would harm me and my 10 years old. HORRIFYING

Moroccoit was too cold and the heating was just a small equipment. the smell is unpleasant because there is not enough fresh air or sunshine in the room. the location is far from the bus station and it is difficult to get there on foot, besides you are walking in a scary and very dirty path with tiring peaks. the staff do not speak English so use translation and sms from the beginning to save time. there is no paper or hot water even for the tap, the tv does not work. the people who live there are from another world sorry.

United StatesFroze all night very little heat from an eye level mounted 500w electric wall heater , blanket too short, no hot water shower (cold water) in morning, no wi-fi, major sewer gases from bathroom gave me headaches, no person on-site, the keys were inserted in all available rooms, you have to call and talk to a women that does not speak english. the faucet has intermittent push button that turns on for 2 seconds, you can wash 1 hand at a time, the sink cabinet has detached from the wall and some of the wall is still attached to the cabinet, the gypsum walls have no insulation you can hear clearly Everything in next room EVERYTHING…. These rooms can be improved with little investment, so the star rating goes up so they can charge more for the room, but…
