The self-check-in information is supposed to be sent on the day of arrival before 11 am, but I only received it after reaching out to the hostel directly via Booking. Towels do not appear to be included in the booking and are listed as an extra charge (5 zloty) according to a sign in the bathroom. When I asked about this, a member of staff kindly said they would bring me a towel free of charge, but unfortunately, it never arrived. There also seemed to be some lack of organisation with communication: in the evening, I met another guest who was unable to enter because the door code had been changed the same day without prior notice, and the staff were not replying to her messages at all. And be aware that there is no staff at the reception.

The hostel is in a convenient location, not far from the central railway station and the historical centre of the city. There are several supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby, which makes it easy to find food and essentials. The building itself is nice with easy access, and my private room with a shared bathroom was comfortable. The staff I interacted with were friendly. Since I only stayed for one night and had an early morning flight, I didn’t have the chance to use the kitchen properly, but it seemed like a good facility to have.

The hostel is not a place to stay for longer - no privacy at all. Light not working, my small lamp also (there was no bulb). Warm water was not constant and was working only under one shower in lady’s bathroom.

The hostel is located just a few meters from one of teh busiest tram stops in Krakow. You can hear the trams thru the pillow. However we slept well anyway. My wife used earplugs. If you are used and dont care about noice you will be fine. The location is not "loud" but you will hear city sound all the time, with is normal in a big city. You will also hear people walking in the hostel due to the old floor. The walls are really thin.... This is not a romatic place to stay at, but perfekt if you want to see the city and just need a place to crash.

The location is really good. Close to the train station and to tram stop. Close to the city center and a bonus is it's really close to the traditional polish "market" if you go opposit direction from cuty center (only like 25 meters.) It's also very close to KAWA, the absolut best coffee place I think I ever visited. (It's located at the entrance to the market). But the location also has a downside. The room was very clean but the other facilities was no so freash. We had our own bathroom with was nice. Towels not inlcuded! But soap was somehow included. IT was easy to access and to find by the info we received by mail. Krakow is really crowded and there are food shops in the big shoppingcenter at the train station.

I've got the code for the door the day of arrival, it was easy to get in. The hostel has no reception or anyone inside to keep an eye on the night parties. There were people shouting coming in and out of the room until 4am. Also the rooms have no card lock, they are always open for everyone who wa t to get in, I did find it not safe

Just outside of Old Town, so quite easy to access most attractions and also tram stop. Large safety locker as well as kitchen. Easily to get into the hostel with keypads. Large space of shower room. Walking distance to main railway station/bus terminal.

The hostel was very quiet when I stayed...I didn't see another guest for the first two days, meaning there was very little social interaction - the hostel had a very quiet vibe. The hostel staff were often no where to be found either, providing little to no information about the area/activities. I also found the hostel to be incredibly dark in the communal areas. It just didn't make for an inviting place to sit, chill out, read a book or talk to others.

The hotel offers private rooms as well as dorm rooms, I opted for a private room with en-suite. Whilst the room was basic, it was comfortable and clean. The location of the hostel is very well situated for a short walk into town and all the main attractions. There a shop on the same street to buy your own groceries, and a very good bakery on the corner of the street. You are ideally located one street away from the Bunny Cafe ... if that is your thing!

The water in the bathroom is like swimming pool and cannot adjust..Too cold and too hot. A bit scary like haunted house and the sound of the main door is disturbing me when I want to sleep bcause our room is near to main door.

Facilities: We were two people, and they provided two body towels but only one hand towel. Usually, even if it is a hostel, we receive two body towels and two hand towels, and most places also provide two additional towels for the feet. Soap and shampoo are not provided. Cleanliness: I wouldn’t say it was very dirty, but I’m not sure if they actually clean or just wipe everything with a dust cloth. Either way, it didn’t feel properly clean. Misleading room pictures: They included pictures of two completely different rooms in the description of the double room with a private bathroom, which makes it confusing. The rooms shown are not similar. The bed: The bed is a simple frame with a mattress on top, without a proper headboard. The pillows are very cheap and practically useless. Overall: If I visit Kraków again, I would look for another place. The price does not match the quality, especially for Kraków. For the same price, you can book an apartment just 10 minutes further away. I suggest not being deceived by the location, as I was. It may be suitable for short stays. It used to be a nice place a few years ago, with good breakfast service (based on Google reviews). I hope they can bring back that quality. Anyway, thanks for everything! For guests: Please close the kitchen door and open the window or balcony door when cooking. Also, try to be quiet to avoid disturbing others—this includes speaking loudly on the phone and walking around without making unnecessary noises at any time.

Location: It is right in the center. There are nice bars and supermarkets nearby. Amenities: Heating works really well. There is a standard hairdryer for hotels. Quiet and safe area: Although it is very close to the center, the area is not noisy and feels safe. Reception: The reception provides detailed answers to your questions when you contact them. Rooms: The rooms are not dark as they receive plenty of natural light during the day.

The whole hostel was dark with only some neon lights as if entring a club. There was never anyone at reception it was empty. The door of the room doesn't lock so anyone can get in it that is in the hostel. Also the showers in the women's bathroom are with curtains only when you enter the whole bathroom, which means you can't actually lock yourself while taking a shower because you can't lock the whole bathroom, only the toilets. There were no towels, you need to pay 5 zloti to rent one. There is a locker for all the beds which is great, however i got the one that was getting stuck and a bit broken so i needed to try like 15 times twisting and turning the key until it unlocked. Also it was kind of cold at night.

The location is great, about 5 min walking and you get to the old town. The hostel informed me of how to enter the building. The beds were comfortable, there is a light for each bed and sockets as well. A lot of space to hang out, eat, kitchen Available for all.

We've booked a double room with private shower. We had a really hard time contacting the remote reception, as they responded to our messages only once per day. We had an issue with the shower that was never fixed. We also ordered some towels the first day (because they are not included) but we never received even after three days. In general a really disappointing stay.

the staff were under influence, so we didnt feel safe. we had to stand in front of the door for half an hour. nobody would pick up the phone or open the door. Our locker was taken by some other person. the water was cold even though there were no people using the bathroom.

Hard to find, weird vibes from the very start. Hostel is not what it seemed online - pictures looked like a different place. I walked in and there were workers doing the lights at 22:00 and all stared at me confused when I walked in. Didn’t see a single female in sight apart from me. I felt so vulnerable and scared. Dodgy, rough and under renovation I guess. Very uncomfortable. I left straight away and found a different accomodation. Definitely NOT for tourists, certainly not for solo travellers (especially females)

1. No staff. 2. We - and others . were assigned the wrong room, some did not get instructions as how to find the place, hidden in a residential building on 2nd floor. 3. No towels as promised. 4. People smoked in the corridors which seeped into our room. You may consider this as one bad experience, but there is plenty of other accommodation in Krakow. I suggest you go there.
