Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing that could mention here.
Very welcoming hostess, Nice facilities, conditioning at rooms, everything is new or like new. Nice yard, beach is not far (like 10 minutes walk) with kids swimming area, water bikes rental etc. Some nice restaurant and forest bar on the coast of Necko lake, (added several pictures of those nearby locations) More things are accesible downtown like boat tours (up to 4 hours long), rentable motor boats (with no motor boat driver license required) etc.

There wasn't enough space in the room. There was just 1 chair at a small table in the room. The door of the room was quite old. In the bathroom there was no shelf to put our things.
Everything was very clean. The bedding was snow white. It was comfortable that there was a shared kitchen with all the things necessary.

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with the added bonus of free coffee. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

The doors were a bit thin, so you could hear another guests.
Friendly host, private parking lot, clean and in nice neighbourhood. Little balcony to enjoy morning coffee. :) Not far from city centre.

The curtains in the bedroom don't cover the windows completely, that would be the only point for improvement :)
The place is very clean, cozy and the bathroom is spacious. The owner was exceptionally kind and flexible with our request. We would definitely stay again!

The hosts are exceptionally nice and pleasant to be around. Super clean, comfy beds, nice large garden and lots of tips regarding nearby attractions and places to eat and drink. Would 100% recommend.

there weren't enough pillows for me and the curtains did not sufficiently cover the windows to prevent light from entering.
Room looks very new and modern. No visible signs of use.

Yes, there is good audibility between the rooms, but overall it is very quiet. The smoking area was not far from the window. Quite large and steep stairs, but this is the design of the house. But these are all nuances and did not interfere with life.
The location corresponded to the description. Good location near the center, about 15 minutes walk. There are private houses around, a small street, no traffic noise. Very clean and tidy house. Friendly hostess. The rooms are small and simple, clean and warm (october). Excellent shower. Nice kitchen where you can prepare breakfast. There is everything you need: dishes, stove, microwave etc. Excellent value for money and quality!

The church bells ringing in the morning :)
Very cozy guest house with a garden and private parking in the yard. There's a shared kitchen with all the utensils. The host was very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfy.

Beautiful environment, comfortable bed, a really nice and modern shower with hot water. Staff were very friendly and showed me around the room and kitchen. Staff also told me which places to visit and was very helpful. 10/10.

Excellent for 1 night stay that we needed. We traveled by car from from Austria and needed to have some sleep. The house is near the road, has private parking. The host (very friendly) immediately answered the call when we arrived, met us and showed the room which is perfectly clean, with nice design, large comfortable bathroom, convenient bed. The shared kitchen is very clean, has fridges, dishwasher, dishes and everything else needed to cook.

I heard neighbors snoring next door until i fell asleep in super comfy bed :)
Room was clean and cosy. There was everything for preparing meal in the shared kitchen. Beds were very comfortable.
