The sheets could have been stainless. There was an old blood stain. And the cupboard door was broken. The window was dirty. Not cleaned in years

The windows didn't open fully, was a bit hot during the night. No chance to walk along the beach, or walk at all.

The hotel is located right beside the Zegrze lake. Amazing view. Very delicious duck and Schnitzel. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds, pretty good design of the room. Everything was clean. Many places you can relax. The windows had nets, which were so very helpful. Will definitely be coming back to Hotel 500.

The room was compact but clean. The super efficient air-conditioning was a god send! The housekeepers were efficient, very helpful, and always polite and cheery! The facilities were great, lots to do and the perfect location for either an exciting watersports filled holiday or a relaxing retreat! Both the breakfast and restaurant were exceptional. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone. I tried to be healthy with yoghurt, fruit, delicious bread, lean cold meat, fish, and salads with tasty dressing.. but I couldn't resist the crisp bacon, selection of sausage, and luscious scrambled eggs! Don't even get me started on the pastries, cakes, and crepes! Cereal is available, but honestly, there is so much else to try! Great coffee, teas, and juice top off this hearty breakfast perfectly! The restaurant opens for lunch right through to dinner. Words just don't do justice to the fantastic fare on offer here! Inventive menu with a distinctly Polish theme. My first experience of the vividly coloured Chłodnik is something I will never forget! It's just beautiful to eat with both your eyes and taste buds! The fish dishes should not be missed. Clever flavour combinations, perfect cooking techniques, make for a truly enjoyable gastronomic experience! The schabowy is the perfect example of a simple polish dinner, served with no unnecessary fanfare. This is the benchmark all other schabowy should be judged by! The ribs are bbq perfection! All thoughts of visiting other restaurants during our stay swiftly disappeared once we discovered just how great the onsite restaurant was! The restaurant staff are attentive without being intrusive, efficient, and friendly. A real credit to the hotel! The same can be said for all the staff we encountered during our stay! Is the hotel a little "tired" around the edges? Yes. But it's unrealistic to expect a brand new, renovated room between guests! We are living in challenging financial times people!

The room was a little small and was poorly arranged for the traveler; totally inadequate provisions for living out of ones suitcase. It appeared that the expectation was for the guest to unload their luggage into the drawers and small bed side closets. But even this effort was ruined by the fact that the closet bars were our of the reach of this 5'7" man by at least 4 inches. After two days we had to ask for maid service and fresh towels. (Which were promptly provided.) Traffic in front of the hotel could be very heavy as it seemed the highway was frequented by Poles leaving or returning to Warsaw around the weekend, so it was no problem if you were traveling opposite the flow. Departing the hotel you must first travel away from Warsaw and then exit the highway to the right and follow the road in a circle under the highway to re-enter toward Warsaw. It is not a problem, but it is initially disconcerting if you're not prepared for it as there is no signage to direct you in this maneuver.

The hotel room appeared to have been recently renovated. The room, bathroom and furniture showed no wear and tear. The room was a little cramped; the bathroom was nicely sized and had a very good shower; there was no bathtub. The wall behind the bed was one very large mirror giving the impression of more space. The bed was comfortable and was the typical arrangement of two single beds pushed together. There was a small refrigerator but no mini-bar. The breakfast buffet was very good with a large selection of cold meat, cheese, assorted salads, juice, fruit, breads, cake and cereals; something for every taste. The hotel had a bar and restaurant; is located on a lake and might be a good destination for a summer weekend getaway. Free parking in-front of the hotel.

Dirty water from boats, jets. We wanted to swim but could not - there is no place even for that. Room needs renovation - there was hidden hole in the floor, toilet was not put correctly (one side higher than the other one) how it is even possible!!

Big parking place. Good selection of breakfast and tasty! Friendly staff but some should learn English better.
