My experience at Park Lane Hotel was made exceptional by Ms. Ayesha, the Guest Relations Manager. She was extremely professional, courteous, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. She even arranged a complimentary late checkout, which added great convenience to my stay. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail truly reflect the high standards of the hotel.

I had an excellent experience at Park Lane Hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Ayesha (Guest Relations Manager), who was extremely courteous and professional. She kindly assisted me with a complimentary late check-out, which made my stay even more convenient. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality truly stood out. I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Kashif (Night Shift Manager) for his outstanding support. He assisted me with every request during my stay and ensured that everything was handled promptly and efficiently. The hotel itself was very well maintained, the ambiance was pleasant, and the overall staff was cooperative and welcoming. I highly recommend Park Lane Hotel to anyone visiting Lahore. The excellent service by Ms. Ayesha and Mr. Kashif made my experience truly memorable.

Excellent service Excellent restaurants and shopping, groceries very close. Excellent staff, they upgraded my room for free without request. So kind of them. Breakfast was very good with options for almost all. I stayed at PC Lahore for 6 days before staying at this hotel. PC is also very good but in my opinion, Park Lane Hotel holds more value for money and time. The person who made a real difference with her exceptional service, was the guest relations officer AYESHA. She would text me everyday to find out about my stay. I'm impressed. I wish her good luck for her future. I would like to thank all the staff especially AYESHA for providing the excellent service.

Everything was nice.! Two main thing your licking in my stay one was there was no mini bar and another thing was this that the room had no view there was another building outside the window I requested the front desk to fill my mini bar which they did not despite the request.! The water in the shower was not going out properly and this sink was even locked up and used to backup with water.! Other than these everything else was beautiful.!

The zooming mirror in the washroom needed repair, which seemed to have been overlooked by the maintenance department

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, on MM Alam Road, which is renowned for its top-notch fashion brands, luxury boutiques, exclusive diamond jewellery stores, and a wide variety of restaurants offering both international and authentic Pakistani cuisine. It is also conveniently situated just 20–30 minutes’ drive from the international airport. The food was absolutely delicious, offering the authentic flavors of Lahore at their best.
