Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I want to be very honest. The room or hotel is amazing and clean. Staff amazing. Everything was amazing. There was no breakfast they mentioned on the website. The owner needs to fix about free breakfast. Also the free WiFi was a few kb per second. The owner needs to fix the internet. But we had our own internet package.

PakistanThe room had seepage and very bad odour. There was not a proper parking. We had to go through the gutter water while parking the vehicle. We reached, the staff at night was non-cooperative especially the person standing at reception who gave the room perhaps his name was Asif. When I complained about the morning in charge at the reception about the dirty blanket, the morning staff requested that I should not write or complain at booking.com because their owner lives out of the country and he will take action against them, they compelled me to give good ratings. It was quite an annoying situation that they begged me to give good ratings. This is really a fraud with users of booking.com I have attached photos of parking and leakage of water and conditions
I booked this hotel through booking.com but it seems that the person at reception was unhappy about our booking through booking.com. he offered less rate if we quit booking.com.
