I found a few bedbugs. The hotel owner needs to spray to avoid bedbugs.

I want to be very honest. The room or hotel is amazing and clean. Staff amazing. Everything was amazing. There was no breakfast they mentioned on the website. The owner needs to fix about free breakfast. Also the free WiFi was a few kb per second. The owner needs to fix the internet. But we had our own internet package.

My experience at National Hotel Lahore was great.

I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am and late check-out at 1pm. Their customer service is also commendable. Special thanks to Mr.Shoaib and Mr.Shaan.

The room had seepage and very bad odour. There was not a proper parking. We had to go through the gutter water while parking the vehicle. We reached, the staff at night was non-cooperative especially the person standing at reception who gave the room perhaps his name was Asif. When I complained about the morning in charge at the reception about the dirty blanket, the morning staff requested that I should not write or complain at booking.com because their owner lives out of the country and he will take action against them, they compelled me to give good ratings. It was quite an annoying situation that they begged me to give good ratings. This is really a fraud with users of booking.com I have attached photos of parking and leakage of water and conditions

I booked this hotel through booking.com but it seems that the person at reception was unhappy about our booking through booking.com. he offered less rate if we quit booking.com.

The electricity did go a couple of times but that is understandable, however the staff still made it a very pleasant experience for us.

It was clean, spacious and a family friendly environment. The staff were amazing and very welcoming. It was very good value for money too.
